Yea i had sorta come to the same calculations. Hold til tomorrow, and if I were to sell for anything above 5p, I would make some profit including the ex dividend payment??

If I have this correct, if I were to be lucky enough to sell tomorrow i.e 30p, I would still get the dividend payment and the 30p a share shall, in effect giving me a total payout of 72.5p a share?

...my average is 48p. Do i sell now, take a lil profit, and buy back in tomorrow to get on the register for the dividend? Or do I stay and wait til after the 11th and bank the dividend and sell shares afterwards to make up a potential loss (basing this o the sp dropping below my average)??

...but if EUA are continuing with stuff like DFS for WK, is this indicating that there may be a partial sale i.e. MT and we keep progressing our other prospects and WK, to maximise EUA further, to then sell off at a greater price?
As the BOD are all well and truly invested, they get a nice payout from a special dividend, which gives them cash to pursue their other bits on the side, whilst EUA matures?
Or are they simply dotting the i's and crossing the T's?
Please excuse my novice question, and I do hope for a full company cash sale, as I have a holding in an ISA.

I feel this is indicating Mr Packwood is wanting more shares, why use the wording "now interested in 27,750,000..." if it was a reduction?

Seems to understand the RNS as, Mr Packwood had increased from 27m to 29m and now wants another 27m?

Made an amateur decision to cash out my shares with average of £1.75, for £2.06, as thought price would drop close to my average; on re-reading the RNS, i realised I was too eager, so bought back in at £1.98.
Just received a message from my broker that I am entitled to that Open Offer, so hoepfully I will get a good number of shares to purchase at £1.75.

Who agrees i made an amateur mistake?

Could the suspension just be carried over to a different reason, if they have clarified the reasons for the previous suspension?

Does anyone not think that the NOMAD was paid off to resign due to what is coming up?
Does anyone not think that the NOMAD knows what is happening and will no longer be needed? Hence them staying quiet about resigning, as I would have thought they would have aired something?

If EUA pay them to be their NOMAD, that means the NOMAD has a vested interest.

The last 2 RNS's hint enough that a new NOMAD is on course, they did highlight that they would like of had it wrapped up sooner, but after all they have time til 29th May; and I refer to that Proactive Video again, but DS did say, we do not need to rush, if we rush, mistakes are made.

Relax peeps, in no time at all, you be looking back at this faffing and wondering it was a little bit overkill; plus apologies from you all would be appreciated :)

Based on re-watching that Proactive video yesterday from 30th October '19; I believe we have a bidding war going on, and the company are taking full advantage of staying suspended.
72.4p sounds like a fair value that is, if all the fees have been taken from that first (i.e. tax, success fee etc)

I don't think we will be too far from the ACF report.

I hope you get that reinstated confidence feeling I got, listen to what DS is saying, how he is saying it and his bodily language; he struggles to fight smiles off his face when he starts to talk about big numbers and comparative past sales of other companies.

They may have got a little more attention if they actually picked a Thursday for an RNS, as that has recently been the most popular day the RNS's are released.
Tbh, it just comes down to patience and belief. In my opinion, I feel the company will prosper and those who did their own research and invested their money based on facts and not just on a wim, will benefit most.
