I'm not against some remuneration of shares Levi but to give away 10% of net profit or about 1.5% of the company away each year in free shares every year seems excessive. We need a 500m buy back annually just to standstill!

We are a charity for need banksters like Aho who is not only extracting 6.2 mill from this cushy number but is getting 400k as a non executive elsewhere. The shareholders need to organise and put a stop to this yearly free share printing press giving away more than 10% of net profit in free shares is excessive! The remuneration report is also willfully hard to follow as it attempts to cover up the routine theft.

Great so that's around 850m shares given away again this year, more than 10% of net profit! Last time I checked we do pay these ppl salaries! Its why the EPS comes in at 5.5p because there are 9 billion shares promised to employees over the next 10 years. Absurd level of dilution.

Let's assume this buyback will take 2.9bn shares off the table. In 2019 we'll be issuing about 1 billion new shares. So the total number of shares is only reduced by about 2 billion instead of 3. I think there needs to be far generosity with our shares in the first place!!!

The buy backs are required if a bank is going to award itself a billion free shares a year as Lloyds do.

The bod should stop awarding tgemselves so many bloody shares! 10 billion shares have been promised over the next 10 years! A dilution rate of about 1.5% stolen from shareholders a year. It's a total scam.

The share awards here are frankly outrageous. The bod routinely awards themselves 50m shares a year for incredibly mediocre performance. This is merely theft from us shareholders.

Fundamentally this bank if better run should be more profitable. Sadly this bank has been run by a cabal of crooks who have/had no interest in adding any value but merely stealing off shareholders and lying about the numbers. My only thought is we are at a low and this agitating shareholder may get some change.

Grayling I believe you are very mistaken the telsa car was terrible and had basic chassis issue and fundamental design issues. It was a terrible car. Since Dyson has at least some record in manufacturing their chance of success are far greater than musk who is essentially a pot smoking egotist masquerading as a genius. Dyson is a profit making company Tesla is a losd making one that benefit from hype.
