I strongly suspect this mining operation makes a loss and the hope is Legacy can turn it around.

The real purchase price is much higher than is being suggested and the losses greater.

If something sounds a bit too good to be true its probably because it is.

Does this mean we now own a coal mine in Cedar Bluff?

The Southwest Virginia coalfields produce a variety of coals including steam, metallurgical, and industrial use coals. Steam and metallurgical coal is generally shipped by rail and truck to power plants and steel plants in the Eastern and Midwestern United States. Higher value metallurgical coals are also transported by rail to Hampton Roads, Virginia, the largest export terminal in the US, where it is shipped to international customers.

Is this a misleading broad general comment about SW Virginia coalfields as a whole or a direct fact referring to our latest purchase?

$34m revenue and profitable has never been RNS-ed ,the reason for that is simply that it isn't true .

Good luck to Bell he is stringing everyone along thinking we have purchased a profitable coal mine for $3M in the hope of getting the SP up for a placing which is how he is really going to be paying for it.

I ask again what are the OPEX figure cos without them RGM has become a roulette wheel investment ?

The money to purchase the mine was escrow'd some time ago.

Now, we get to sit back and enjoy the revenues & profits!!!

But why wasn't that RNS-ed ,if true?

If they can't turn this around this will become a huge liability ,

What is the OPEX?

Yes ,but is that what we have just bought?

And for how much?

The time is at the time and it will always be the time.

So why?

I would like to say at last we now have something to get our teeth into but I am afraid to say we have nothing.

Without figures this has become a roulette investment wheel .

Nice one Stephen, lets all hope tomo turns out to be a good day for you and fellow shareholders.With a lack of royalty information ,price paid ,resource ,basic and general information (opex) as a whole it could go either way .

The question has to be why hasn't this information been disclosed?

Been a while coming, but RGM are now a Met Coal producer.

Well it sounds like Stephens relieved at the news,I hope it all work out for them all but fact is todays RNS was a bit thin on information i.e. production history etc, which is a bit weird unless of course you have something to hide,

"Regency looks forward to supporting the operations and expansion of MET in any way it can."

Could this mean it hasn't been fully paid for yet?

MOD 25p a share floatation in the NY,one step closer to being taken over ,

11 million buys and only 1.3 million sells and the SP hasn't moved.Doesnt make any sense to me but lucky for those late arrivals .

They started drilling T1 in feburary using 2 rigs and the latest quarterly report stated we have only drilled 11 out of the 20 planned hole there to date.

Also the this quarters fig 1 timeline has slipped by a couple of months in some areas compared to the last quarters Fig 1 timeline .

And thats a fact ......
