Joe you could argue that they will need the 5p warrant money to finish paying for the rest of the drilling campaign ,with so many AEM interpreted targets to hit I am starting to realise exploration here is going to take a very long time,much longer than many here are imagining .

Who knows what they will eventually do, but judging by their intended 60 hole T3 complex program ,clearly 60 holes isn't going to be enough.

Seeing as we now know everything we drill hits copper we could concentrate on A4 and A1 then when the T20 AEM interpretations come in ,target the best 5?

I don't know how far MODs A$17M and MTR £6M will go ie how many holes thats going to drill but based on the last 3 months productivity they will need to speed things up a lot .Their own quarterly schedule slipped by 2 months in the last quarter so in other words they lost 2 days for every 3.

They have simply underestimated how much exploration success we were going to have which they didn't budget enough for.The speed of the exploration program doesnt help reduce costs either ,I am guessing the T20 dome area will cost slight more to drill due to it distance away from base camp.
When you think about it we have 10 targets in the T3 complex alone, 4 of which we know have AEM interpretations so we know there something there,how many targets and dome interpretations are there going be for T23,T20,T4?

£6M of additional cash should cover our share of the costs ,MOD quarterly exploration cash burn is £3M based on the last announcement so are going to need £400k every month just to match our 30% interest.

In summary I think it is fair to say investors saw though yesterdays out of hours thin on the ground RNS.

Most selling here today would have been locked in here since the highwaller days and have seen and heard enough to know that if there aren't any high profit figures to boast about then its probably because they aren't making any .

Its standard practise to declare some kind of OPEX and Stephen Pearce knows it as does everyone else.
