I would have thought copper prices / the overall market/FSTE 100 etc failing out of favour/ Trump /trade wars is our biggest risk here .

If you walk away from investing in MOD/MTR on exploration permitting risk you might as well not invest in anything .

Personally i think the biggest risk is momentum , i.e. the pace of the assay results ,T3 complex drilling started end of May and so far we have only processed 500 metre of one drill hole that was drilled 600 metres deep.

So we haven't even completed a whole drill hole yet and its been nearly 3 months ,by anyones standards this is poor and improvements are needed.

Joe I honestly think if the only risk is exploration permitting I don't think we have much to worry about .

We bought 6% prior to the recent JV restructuring which multiplies that holding up to c25% with anti-dilution protection built in to the JV deal to account for MOD raising/diluting in the future.

Can you explain how our delayed warrant holding is non dilutive ,i thought we were talking about an additional 40m approx MOD shares when exercised .If/when MOD do another placing prob at AIM listing time more shares will be added meaning our 40m warrant will still remain and our % holding will be lowered?

MOD don't have additional 8000 sqkm KML potential or THR plus MTR liquidity options in the future are the greater.

If you are right Magic then we are going to see something close to 90m shares getting slowly off loaded in exchange for slight cheap shares with warrant attached .

Of course the risk is when the SP pendulum starts swinging the wrong way ,other weaker hands follow suit.

Trading Halt on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX")

Thor Mining Plc ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) advises that its shares have been placed in a trading halt on the ASX, requested by the Company pending the release of an announcement in relation to an upgraded Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") on the Molyhil project.

On 8 January 2018 the Company announced an upgraded ore reserve and extended minelife and advised it was undertaking an upgraded DFS and on 1 August 2018 announced the upgraded DFS would be completed in the (current) September quarter of 2018. The Company now expects the upgraded DFS will be completed and announced on or around 23 August 2018.

The trading halt on the ASX is expected to be lifted at the earlier of an announcement to the market or at commencement of trading on the ASX on 23 August 2018 and a further announcement will be made at that time.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares will continue on AIM during this periodÂ

Well we only have 90 million to give away this time at least .

If there is a placing going on then I would be very surprised Bell ran out of money before sowing up the Mambare deal ,which in itself would raise even more questions.

Well whatever you believe about MM Signals the pattern here certainly reminds me of the patterns we used to see some years ago when people were convinved that placings were being forward sold.

Copper actually up a few percent today ,the last time copper was around $2.70 i.e. this level MOD between 0.6 -.7.0 .
