Zu , well I am more worried now than i was before , at least our buddy Stephen didn't waste his time going all that way .I can't see a single picture of any coal yet never mind a highwaller.

The whole thing looks like a scene out of the Apprentice (with AB as team leader) that has gone very ,very wrong.

The question is when they all come back to the UK who is AB going to be taking into the boardroom to explain his 13 years shambolic performance .

Bambo the company borrowed a hell of a lot of money to make that coal deal happen ,nearly half its present mk cap and its going to all need paying back one day and its that time bomb that will ultimately result in all present shareholders losing out here through dilution no matter how well the deal ends up becoming.

Very valid point joe,it doesnt look like we will be drilling all the 15,000 km2 seeing as nearly all the 60 hole T3 complex drilling program has gone into one target , A4 .Its hard to imagine a resource not coming out of it at the end of the exercise.

T20 approval is around the corner (less than 2 weeks),MOD have sighted T23 and T4 as their priority targets , before any linking up of EM interpretations .When the new tech EM interpretations are announced many of the new targets will have to be left like at the T3 complex cos there simply isn't the time to drill everything.

What is interesting about todays announcement is 10 x fold chaser and participator in the last 2.8p placing with warrants feels confident enough for even further exposure buying at 2.4p in the open market.

Worth noting that most private investor don't even hold 1% of Sprotts holding.

It doesnt look like we have the money to pay back the loan ATM so any additional shortfall could have a devastating effect on he company.

We had better all hope AB and SC latest venture works outs for everyones sake.

In the interests of presenting a balanced view he does however except free and tax incentive ones .

CZN now down 18%.

This of course may be irrelevant if we are no long shareholders.

At todays SP our 6 month $1.6M loan taken out in June this year is going to amount to 400M new shares, add to that our annual running costs of £600k pa and we could be looking at almost a doubling of shares in issue.

The biggest danger here of course is Bluff Coal Fields instead of making us a profit, makes us a lose and shareholders have to make up the difference .

A profit forecast and an asset division position statement would of course clear all this up.

The big question is ,is Bluff going to go the same way nearly everything else AB and SC touches and if it does who is going to make up the shortfall?

Its been 2 months now since we starting running a mine of our own so we should be getting a quarterly production report very soon I am hoping.

Is CZN where DNi and Mambare are going to list/shell into AIM?

The last time I saw RGM SP @ 0.3p we very quickly slipped down to 0.03p before a 20:1 share consolidation took place.
If we really have sold all our ALBA and CZN shares (which is believable seeing as the last placing was 9 months ago and that was only for £100k) then the next fund raising could prove to be highly dilutive to all existing RGM shareholder.

We really do need that Bluff profit forecast ASAP or history is going to end up repeating itself all over again .

It would help if RGM announced what exactly our position was with CZN and ALBA in the interests of clarity.

Both have been falling badly.

With the SP sitting at new 2 year lows and RGM bank balance experiencing a similar plight anyone remaining/holding out for a positive Bluff profit forecast is risking getting a seriously larger rodgering .

We might need to get the placement out of the way before we can think about the SP rising .
