Based on the few figures that have been released to date revenue is more likely to be "$20M " by June 2019 ,lets all hope the $30,500,000 company
revenue expectation isn't the breakeven .

Also if you not making a profit you therefore must be making a loss and shareholders will presumably be required to make up any short fall .The trouble is the combined brain strength of AB and SK concluded that the money to pay back the £1.5M loan would come from profits made,so the equation and correct forecast is more likely to look something like this.

1) No company profit forecast announcement as promised by the company personally to its individual shareholders by year end .

2) Shareholder awakening of the realisation they have been participating in a merry dance begins and the sobering realities of RM needing a minimum of around £3M next year just the keep the lights on hits home.

3) SP fall

The problem is the greater the decline the greater the dilution and thats assume the company can pull off issuing the vast amount of shares I am imagining they are going to need to issue next year in order to remain a going concern.

MET Nov production figures are a little overdue ....as are a shareholder promise of a MET profit forecast before year end .Based on the few figures that have been released to date revenue is more likely to be $24M by June 2019 ,lets all hope the $30,500,000 company revenue expectation isn't the breakeven .

October sales of coal amounted to 43,530 tons for revenues of $2,015,816.

September sales of coal amounted 44,020 tons for revenues of $1,959,036.

For the ten month period to June 2019 MET retains its expectation of 692,196 tons of coal sales for total revenues of $30,468,239.

£50k a single energy charging point up somewhere up North.

£250k? money borrowed from RRR

£500 -£600k typical annual admin costs for RGM based on the last 3 years average.

£500k - £1M our contribution to Mambare next year.

The last time AB got us into a pickle caused by borrowing too much money and not living within ones means we were also at 0.3p but our debt mountain that time around was only about £1M .

The promise of passive income is for the moment halting a repeat of last time when the SP collapsed to 0.03p almost over night and rebellious shareholders who from memory were trying to publicly get organised to oust AB and SK out were eliminated by a 20:1 consolidation.

The likes of Wriglet ,Kenny Russ etc RM previously largest shareholders became minnows over night and as a consequence were no longer a threat to the management .

My fear is we are hanging on by a thread ATM the entire future of the business now rests on profits being announced imminently or history will begin to repeat itself all over again .

It feels like RM is a player on a Xmas day Monopoly board game who has lost all its hotels and it just surviving by collecting money everytime we past " Go".....Its just a question of time before the dice land us on Mayfair.

Well you certainly aren't packing up for Xmas.

In my nearly ten years as a RM observer I have seen many a 5 - 10 % holding shareholder walk away from here empty handed .

For example I can remember when Luke held 3% the first time around.

Most walk away from here at least a little wiser , but no Luke for some reason?

Its funny sitting here as a RM observer for what must be nearly 10 years ,I think we could be very close to witnessing his last supper.

Mind you the last time I said that he got himself reincarnated and it was his disciples that got crucified instead.

Zu, your Friday night RM question is ,what is a stable "state" figure when its at home?

Interesting,I thought he was referring to his past performance here and at RRR.

Dear Matt B......we have just moved to a new location good for up to 2 yrs for one high wall miner; moving imminently to another long term area for the other. The past, as they say, is not necessarily a guide to the future and we need to give stable state figures

Could the reason possibly be lack of DD resulting in AB and SK giving away 50% of Mambare in exchange for a process that can't even be used at Mambare and they still wouldnt be aware of this error if it wasn't for one of their own shareholders pointing it out to them?
