I am guessing our first repayment is going to be on the 6th of Jan 2019 so we have until then to announce officially some kind of profit to save long suffering shareholders from having the S*** diluted out of them in the NY.

As a general rule December is the quietest month of the year in industry so its going to be interesting to observe events.

If you don't have any income stream taking out a loan simple postpones a dilutionary event that will simply take effect when that loan expires.It broadcasts dilution on the horizon and so magnifies the declines even further

Its starting to look like a current mid price of .35p could help with RM imminent dilutionary issues.

I suspect 55,000 tonnes a month is our critical mass ,but its all very unclear seeing as some of our at present 44,000 a month is made up of 3rd party coal .

How many tonnes an hour can one HW300 produce?

Zumore yes it may only need 3 man to run a HW but it may also need a further 20 to support that team , all on a double bubble night shift salary.

100,000 tonnes would equate to something like $50M assuming a higher price for the non off take coal.

The only reasons I can think of for not having a 2nd shift is night time noise ,skilled labour shortage or lack of capacity .

The bulk of our coal goes to our off take partner at a fixed and stable price .We need to ramp up production by adding 2nd shift, does anyone know whether we will need permission to mine a night shift?

So we have given up a GL Niobium-Tantalum Project for 50% of a North American Niobium-Tantalum Project for only $25k / 5 million shares.

It can't be much of a project if it only costed 5M shares or are we going to be expected to contactually fund some exploration with details to follow?

Wasn't PJ given loads of discounted shares while doing DD?

Whitecar is currently undertaking a fundraising of £1m in order to accelerate the opening of overseas branches to maintain its first mover advantage in the space. Current plans are for the next two sites to open in Munich and Frankfurt, Germany in August and September 2018, followed by Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland in October and November.Â

I would be amazed if we really were losing as much as $600k losses a month but its going to be interesting to see how many shares the BOD are going to ask shareholders permission to issue next year given the apparent pickle they now find themselves in .

The amount will be very indicative .
