The massive clue here is, why would the CEO resign after being re elected not to retire but to to take up yet another AIM listed directorship if RGM were really passing critical mass status and transitioning into a promised self funded cash cow?

yes I have to agree I think this time AIM's biggest ever Dreamseller and posh wide boy has reached the end of the road .

6 months on and still no profit release but with lots of BS promising so .No Profits means we will have to find the money ourselves and with only one source of income available to us and with huge regret I fear we are looking at mass dilution on a biblical scale.

4 years on from the last 20 to 1 consolidation and its starting to look like its rinse and start again.

As a commentator here for nearly 10 years it makes me feel physically sick to perpetually witness honest people having their honest money taken away from them year after year to help fund a 14 year lifestyle addiction .I was amazed last time that there were individuals prepared and willing to still invest here by putting the last SP collapse down to a commodity cycle down turn and previous shareholder loses were their own foolish and naive mistake.

Well they aren't saying that anymore , mainly because their entire mouth is full to the brim with humble pie.

It just goes to show it doesnt matter how clever you think you are or how much money you might have made on AIM in the past we still all have lessons to learn and to come.

As always you just can't make this company up.

0.18p is now officially the lowest sell price made since Nov 2015(first Armageddon) when the 2 most dangerous individuals you are ever likely to meet got the SP down to an almost unimagineable price of 0.02p (almost nothing).Whoever got themselves out yesterday might be feeling bad to but that won't last long before they become to realise they are one of the lucky ones.

As sure as night follows day there is undoubtedly a very large dilutionary event around the corner.

With a Mkt Cap of around £2M and a shortfall of around £3M its starting to look like 2014 all over again.

They have been stringing everyone along with the coal profit story now for more than 6 months just as they did a year before with the HW BS,the only difference is this time PJ is going to have to except he's been taken in ,but with £80k remaining on the table he's still got all that to lose before he"s truly learnt his lesson.

The dream seller attempting to jump ship was a massive, massive clue to whats really going on with LH.

My biggest fear is we are actually making a lose and it doesnt matter now who takes over from here ,cos we are well a truly screwed .

Also if he was the proposed AB replacement and had inside information ,can he legally sell down?

If coal profits don't start making a contribution soon and RGM continue to press ahead with exploration on their 2 projects ,inc. admin ,loan repayments etc we are going to need something like £3M to continue a going concern in 2019.

Even assuming a small discount on todays SP we could be looking at something close to 2,000,000,000 news shares entering the market.

Eye watering amounts demonstrating the absolute necessity for not a profit forecast (we have passed that stage) but an actual profit delivery .

If this company is still around in a year, then i predict well below 0.05p.

Zumore based on your prediction and provided RGM remain a going concern for the remainder of 2019 ,PI investors in RGM today will most likely lose 80% of their investment within 12 months.

If coal profits remain allusive though during 2019 then I would suspect they would lose everything.
