Fact: on average an average a RGM investor loses 90% of their investment if you can come away losing less than that then you are a winner by RGM standards.

We are about to take the first dilutionary hit since this loan started with many more to come.

The Company has in consequence issued 97,292,904 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 0.0823 pence. The Company's potential inability to meet these payments may require additional restructuring of its debt load and could result in the Company forfeiting control of its interests in MET and the US coal operations, as these assets have been pledged as collateral to the Company's lenders.

" Should the Company complete any financing transaction over £200,000 while Loan amounts remain outstanding, one third of net proceeds shall be applied to early repayment of the Loan."

Contractually 1/3 of anything raised now to get us out of this mess will go toward repaying our loan .

These operational deficiencies have now largely been rectified as can be seen in the increasing levels of coal production and associated revenue in 2019 to date. However, Regency has been made aware by its JV partners that an immediate requirement for additional working capital of approximately $400,000-500,000 currently exists, and that additional sums may be required over the next six months in order to complete the full purchase of Omega as well as to replenish depleted working capital. Immediate funding is required to restart the second highwall miner and to reduce key creditor obligations that have built up during the periods of reduced production towards the end of 2018.

Regency's general inability to access the capital markets since the 25th of January 2019 has further exacerbated this situation, with Regency's capital contributions to the project having fallen behind that of its JV partners. The Company currently estimates that a deficit funding situation with its JV partners of approximately $565,000 thus currently exists. Regency's ability to support its obligated share of required investments into MET remains uncertain over the short term.

So its starting to look like $500k now with more required over the next 6 months (to complete purchase)

And $565k for accumulated funding deficit which may also require more over the coming months

MET sold 44,020 tons of coal in September and achieved total revenues of $1,959,036, against levels forecast on August 2018 of 59,250 tons of coal for a total revenue of $2,695,440. This forecast had reflected the level being achieved on a daily basis in the latter part of August 2018.

Another investment case at the time was the quality management of LH .It now turns out one of the HW 300's has been sitting idyl for the last 3 months while a story was being spun out about the proximity of the next site to the customer and how huge savings were going to be made.

With a Newscrest $60m JV signed its just a question of time before 2.4p range is broken and we move into the 5's IMO.

I think its reasonable to presume with PJ declaring a 40 million shares holding on the 20th of Feb he must be somewhere close to empty after yesterdays trading.

It utterly amazes me how anyone could read any kind of bounce into yesterdays news.
