Does anyone know what the time frame is for the unlisted valuation on this Oak Securities brokers note. Is 2028 unrealistic ie first year of production, assuming all things go to plan?

Assuming we were to hit a share price of £4-5, I'm interesting to know what people's exit strategies are.

I wonder how many LTH truly held through the recent highs....

Not trying to be nosey....just trying to think about how I best manage my own situation with a large holding. This last week has been a bitter pill to swallow. And yes, I've bought more but feeling a little bruised about seeing paper profit vanish into thin air. This is a high risk project after all.

Also interested to know if people use stop losses effectively. They've burnt me in the past so I've not been using them on Pantheon.

I'm a LTH of Pantheon....held into today's drop today but this has knocked my confidence. Have other LTHs top sliced during the recent highs? Wondering if I should change tack....fully appreciate we each have individual circumstances and different appetites for risk.

Been out at meetings all day. Just checked in here and it feels like I've landed up in a Wetherspoons in Bognor on a Friday night. Where have all articulate beings gone? Nothing against Friday nights in Wetherspoons and/or Bognor....obviously!

Fact is, news on the mining licence could come in the next 3 weeks. Given all the positive positioning ref partnership with the TG, who would want to be out? Appreciate there's some way to go ahead of production but positive confirmation of a mining licence agreement with accompanying detail on the commercials and possible JV could make this fly...

A new face has arrived on this board this morning...doing their best to manipulate the price down. This same person was on another board yesterday, clearly frustrated because they had sold out of another share at a loss. They made it clear they would be investing in better opportunities. The other company was also a Helium explorer. They are evidently now trying to buy into HE1 at a better price. This person was also called out on the other board as being a prolific deramper. Ignore the nonsense they spout.

Looking at the slides, it was stated that management are estimating upside of x10 to x 20. Yet if I take their lower target of 5 dollars/bbl, that's approx x24 from today's share price. Also the rns states 5-10 dollars/bbl but no mention of 10 dollars on their presentation...so what assumptions are being made on the higher number? Importantly, if the gas pipeline doesn't get agreed, are management still confident they can make this happen? The rewards are high but so is the risk...

...and this may also explain why further detail around the commercialisation piece has not been shared today. Keeping their cards close to their chest.

This sounds incredibly positive. They will I'm sure have been working with HE1 in close collaboration to ensure the application gets over the line.

I've been having another look at potential size of prize based on what we know to-date and assumptions.

Looking back at your posts, you estimated a valuation for HE1 of £300m over 10 years on Sept 4th but increased it to £1b on Sept 8th

Was that because you had used an estimated helium spot rate and not an estimated contract rate?

Appreciate these are all assumptions but wanted to understand how you got to the larger number.

I read 2031 as relating to gas imports. The pipeline is from 2028....I think 🤔
