Would appear Panoro raised $6.5m in Oct 2010 via a placement to a limited number of investors....which caused the SP to price crash. The dip in oil price didn't happen until much later...2014. It's all available on the Internet to read. Is history repeating itself?

When Nishant moved into the CEO role at Panoro Energy in 2010, the share price crashed 92% between 2010-2015, essentially during his tenure. I have no knowledge as to what the circumstances were behind the SP crash but certainly warrants due diligence.

Just reflecting on the speed and rate of progress since Capai was launched 4 months ago. Am I right in thinking much of the development for Author42 and the other Capmedia brands will have been underway within R42 far earlier?

It makes me wonder whether they may have been out speaking to potential partners using NDAs already....gauging interest and influencing development.

Also, has Prof Nag shared any numbers on what Capai is hoping to achieve in year 1?

@louise82 You seemed hell bent in getting everyone to pile in earlier this week. Clearly you've sold up on the bounce and are now hoping to crash the price so you can get back in cheaper.

@filterland....exactly! Social media lead imperative for driving awareness and reach.....thereby bringing in subscribers and revenue.

The head of partnerships is really interesting....I wonder who they'll be approaching....Sony? Nintendo? Canva? Adobe? Gaming companies? Publising houses? Netflix? Numerous possibilities.

A great RNS.....one that gives great confidence that they are getting CAPAI fit for growth. I know they are looking to build their own brands but earlier RNSs also mention the opportunity to sell IP which is what Professor Nag has done successfully in the past. Their Author42 technology is really clever.....if the tech ideas keep coming this quickly and get fully commercially realised, the SP will rise a long way from where it is now.

A couple of weeks ago I was 60% down on ALRT.....as uncomfortable as it felt, I held and am nicely in profit. This will return to the prices we have seen in the last few weeks IMO. Professor Ronjon Nag has stuck his reputation on the line...he will ensure he makes a success of this.

I have not invested directly in a pharma business previously. What is the average risk of failure in Phase 3 trials....? Everything shared on the interview sounded incredibly compelling but appreciate we always need to be mindful of risk.

I'm invested here....the new business model has only been live for the last few months. People need to be more realistic in terms of how long it takes to bring products to market. I think they've achieved a huge amount in a short amount of time. It's a hold for now and plenty more news to follow.

Thankyou....it sounded in the interview as though discussions are well underway so fingers crossed a good deal will be done. P140 sounds like a remarkable product....especially since it offers the diagnostic kit as well as the drug.

Great post. Do people expect that a deal will be do e before Xmas? How long do these things take normally once a patent has been filed?

Am I right in thinking they don't need the patent to have been signed off ahead of tying into a deal with another pharma company......plus P140 can be sold to market before the patent is awarded. So the reward could be far sooner than 2-3 years....hence why 'discussions are already underway'.

I bought a small amount here several months ago but it tanked after the February fundraise.

Looking to add to my holding but what is the risk of another placing to support the company's plans? Apologies in advance if this has been covered in earlier chats.

@bluebay....please can you explain your thinking. If there were to be another conversion this week in the .30s, are you saying the price still hold above .40?

I think this might be the same Louise who claimed to be a GP and said her accountant endorsed CLNs as being an excellent form of financing on July 18th.. .this person subsequently got reported for being abusive.

Everyone wants the SP to go back up but there's still another £7.3m of CLN to hit the market. Not entirely sure why people are trying to ramp the hell out of it. High risk of getting fingers burnt multiple times over at this point.

@5085 Interesting to see your change in sentiment. You were pumping HE1 as being capable of generating 10s of millions of pounds in turnover just a couple of months ago....

Yes, investors have become more nervous since the issue of the CLN however there are a heap of people on here blatantly battering the share price clearly to profiteer. People can read your history.

@bluebay...do you expect all the conversions to go through in quick succession?

I wonder whether that is the best outcome....flush out the dire sentiment and if there is positive news to follow, the SP will rerate accordingly without further fear of drops occurring.
