So....any LTHs out there feeling this still has an opportunity to bounce back, albeit off a likely lower SP? Can we expect to ever see 1p again?

Relatively recently invested here and plan to hold. What are people's understanding on the LOA for Creator42....and the £2m option to purchase the IP. Is that a likely near-term cost?

So the question is begged. Why opt for CLN and not a standard cash raise? They could have easily raised from 0.0065p?

As deeply uncomfortable as the drop in share price has been, I simply cannot comprehend that lenders will have happily handed over £10m in investment without doing any due diligence around how the money will be spent by HE1.

I also would like to think the board will have done some scenario planning around possible share price moves post new finance plans being communicated and this leaves me thinking that a raft of news is about to follow soon.

I have to say, you've made me laugh out loud tonight. Whether we make money out of HE1 or not (personally I'm thinking positively like you), your posts are worthy of being captured in a book.

If this does come good for the LTHs, perhaps you might agree to take us all on a pubcrawl because aside from anything else, it would be a most memorable night! We would expect you to turn up dressed as Rocketman, of course. 🚀

What are people's thoughts as to where the share price will be once production gets underway in Colorado in Q4? Surely 2p minimum?

Have we effectively bottomed then? Why would anyone be selling below the conversion price?

Thanks for taking the time to work through the numbers more accurately. I obviously just used averages and yes, these figures don't include cost of production, taxes etc.

Still helpful to remind ourselves what we are working towards.

I've been trying to look at the income projection for Galactica...

Using the numbers published in June, ive assumed the following:

Av flowrate of 400 mcfd over 355 days x 7 wells x 2% helium concentration x $500 spot rate: ca $10.2m

So with a 50% stake, we could be looking at ca. $5m pa from the initial wells.

Is that a fair assumption to make? With scope to bring a further 30 on board plus CO2.

Any other ideas on the values? I hope some of the numbers.will be shared tomorrow.

There seems to be many different views on how these CLNs will play out.

I suspect there is far more detail behind the scenes around the Ts and Cs as to how they can be converted and ultimately sold.

I'm guessing the lenders would want to convert them early to benefit from a low share price (increasing their share pot) but not sell the shares until they have appreciated considerably.

I would like to think HE1 have also stipulated robust Ts and Cs as to how/when they can be sold, which it sounds like they have done within the wording of the RNS.

It would be good to think the iis are in some way invested with the longevity of the 2 projects and will therefore act in way that supports, not undermines the share price. They could even be future partners looking to benefit from an early stake in equity?

I agree....surely they would wait until production starts in Colorado later this year. That should see a real shift in the SP alone.

You cannot deny they are cracking on and getting stuff done! I feel we have to trust the process somewhat.

May I also give a big shout out to Pubcrawl at this point who I'm sure the majority of LTH will agree has helped us to retain perspective and positivity throughout the uncomfortable dips. Please keep those rockets coming....except you may need a few more up your sleeve with what's to come in the next few months.

If it 'comes good', the share price will be vastly higher than 60p. Significant multiples higher.

@gogsthelogs great post if indeed it's true. Are these your assumptions or where have you obtained the information from please?

I think the lack of news on Tanzania is surpressing the share price.....keeping fingers crossed we'll be hearing and update soon which should kickstart the rerate.

I'm also hoping for production news shortly in Colorado. Will be reassuring to start seeing some cash coming in. That will also help to underpin confidence.

Just thought I post.....been sat here silently observing for some months now, waiting for some news. Progress is sounding positive, but some news ref Tanzania would be very welcome....are other LTHs still lurking here? eg Here for Hemo? Not heard from some of the old regulars in a while.

Can't help wondering if they are trying to bottom out the news on Megrez (good or bad) ahead of announcements being made on the gasoline...
