It happens that way with the MMs especially with these sorts of iliquid shares. I managed to bag a few more as pretty confident of there position in the sector & the way forward off the back of a china recovery. Almost all my positions are looking at long term appreciation now as theres a life away from the screen thats been neglected lol GL

More clarity would help as would news on the contracts which shouldnt be far off - i would think theyll give another trading statement then

WOW - the current mkt cap at just over £2M & the cash in bank at the time of the last trading statement at £5.3M with multiple contract news due AND more positive news out of China since. This moves on very low volume given the small number of shares in issue - itll do the same on the upside too imho dyor & gla

Morning mate. DFS isnt directly linked to Geong so no association there to base any price movement for GNG tbh. We do know they had £5.3M cash balance as of the last trading statement which is much greater then the current mkt cap reflects so a good margin of safety there. It had current negotiations with 5 new SaaS clients with full retention of its IaaS clients. The price has stabilised at this bottom for a while now but yesterdays rate cut by china was a positive sign to stimulate growth in Geongs market AND we should have news on the current 5 new SaaS contracts Nows exactly the right time to buy imho GL

An excellent prospect here & should start moving very fast indeed with news on those contracts especially given the low number of free shares & re-establishment of positive sentiment. Good news on the cut in china's lending rate which has impacted US listed china stocks with Geong being one of the leadeing companies within the sector in china. A strong price rise coming here soon imho

STRONG CASH POSITION

The 50K shares brought 2day so far are buys but the spread shows them as sells due to the relative illiquidity associated with the low number of shares - I know that because the 30K is mine with the real sell price at 7.41p. The rate cut in china is 2days news but a positive move from the govt there. The low cash position with relation to the mkt cap gives me a lot of reassurance to top up at current price levels along with the prospect of near term multiple news flow. Just as these fell sharply due to the low number of shares in issue theyll climb back fast as well on positive newsflow & also sentiment linked to china growth / steps to stimulate that imho gl

£5.3M CASH in the bank which alone equates to an SP of 14p. Thats without factoring in the additional value added to GNG as a commercial enterprise & one of the leading companies in its sector. Full client retention despite the economic downturn AND new contracts currently being negotiated Below most peoples radar imho but the cash value alone & near term news expectations should see a strong price correction upward for the stock dyor & gla
