Having topped up several times when I thought the share price couldn’t get any lower, 20p+ 11p etc I have now at more or less breakeven over 3 accounts.
So I reckon if an established company can feel confident enough to invest in renewable power infrastructure then surely the only way is up.
So like a fool I have bought another 25000 for around £2000 that I really would be smarter spending on a holiday or basically anything else. Fingers crossed.
It looks increasing like it won’t be us.
Look on the bright side, you could be Nick Mather, though I suspect he has managed to syphon off some of our money before this.
I’m as sick as, but Nick Mather must be suicidal. Those bargain top ups at 10.something seem a bit silly right now.
China, come on, you know you want it, 25p a share and cheap at half the price!!
That’s what Solgold is worth and nobody is interested. There must have been some serious examination by various big players and none have stepped in. Having bought cheap and then topped up at many seemingly “too good to miss” points the share price is heading towards my average, something I would never thought possible even at 20p. But though I hope I’m wrong, I’m beginning to think.
SOLGOLD IS A DUD!!!!!
For Solgold to sit on these results while the share price tanks? Or are they actually recent?
We need something to get the majors moving. I’m still in positive territory despite having foolishly topped up at ever decreasing “bargain” prices.
Those who first came in at any of those “bargain” prices must be hurting. The share price reflects value, I and everyone else on here seem to be living on dreams that fly in the face of the facts. But I’ve stuck with this so far so fingers crossed again!
Loads of trades at 3130 volumes, that less than £300 a trade. There are lots of things I don’t understand and this is another one.
After the last announcement if the interested parties weren’t 100% sure they weren’t the only ones in the race, mmmm race?? anyway they do now.
Well it didn’t carry over. We are talking about how undervalued this share is when the market clearly thinks otherwise. I am going to hold on and hope like the other dreamers on here, but this is beginning to look like a lost cause.
Market cap now 368m v 359m at close here in the UK.
Quite high volumes for the TSX and +16.6% at one point. Using todays exchange rate equates to 13p a share. No idea why this should be but hopefully carries over to the ftse opening price.
Missed the 9p+ this morning but added another 3k in 1k bites. 10.24 10.24 and 10.44 as I had to change accounts so the last one was delayed about 10 mins. But for the last one I couldn’t get a price right away. So make of that what you will.
Solg sat in the mid forties with majors buying in and the only way the share price seemed to be heading was up.
Some people on here were expecting £2 a share and most wouldn’t say that was out of the question. I was hoping somewhere north of £1 and that seemed very achievable. Since then broker forecast have dropped and the longstanding 70p target gone.
Solg would need to quadruple in price just to get back to where we were a few years back and though we know it’s a valuable asset it appears when the wishful thinking is ignored, and the rose tinted spectacles removed, to be, for whatever reason, a bit of a dud.
It looks like the right wing outsider is going to be the next president by overtaking the socialist in the runoff. On the face of it a 35yo right winger would seem to be a positive for Solgold, but will it?
Or indeed will it have any impact on the ramshackled and now seemingly stalled Solgold journey?

I see …….thanks Bozi
Remember he was a director in 2016/2017 at a time when the share price rocketed. He then returns when the share price has bombed.
Why would he do that? It would be good if he could be more open about these things.
Based on the size of the assets, this would never go for 10p a share, but the broker forecast of 60p is starting to look about right, £1+ requires a serious bidding war and there’s no sign of that.
I predict a November sale of £1.92p, I tell you something, those mushrooms were good.
They are just treading water having cut back on most outgoings while any interested potential bidders come to their decisions. Maybe a preferred candidate winning on Sunday might be a catalyst…….then again maybe not.
“SOLGOLD is advancing plans to permit and build a 3km decline to access its Cascabel copper-gold deposit in Ecuador, as it continues to derisk the project.”
So when can we expect this updated PFS, never mind the mythical DFS?

Fortissimo, I don’t think he will win, but he most certainly could win if there is a very large turnout, and even if he doesn’t it does demonstrate the level of the anti-mining sentiment in Ecuador, and as you rightly point out his influence in the likely run-off could lead to a more “environmentally friendly” than even before Louisa being in post.
