I read it that better life was suggesting if carnival got to 35 quid a share would royal carrabian be 200 , bo one agrees which his point prob meant the difference in the 2 , the s.p anyway should reduce at sone point

Following my last email I sent to Ben venting my frustrations I got this reply today. On top of that I too believe the share price drop was overdone and have took advantage of it.

Anyway email reply was

We understand your frustration with Sheffield’s non-performance. Given their reported challenges with Thunderbird and their share price it is understandable, albeit disappointing, that they need to prioritise cash to focus on their main asset at this time. Notwithstanding this, Capital Metals is not going cap in hand to anyone and is well funded to achieve its current objectives. On the contrary, the Board believes this may be an opportunity as the value for shareholders of proceeding independently with vendor and offtake finance could be significantly more rewarding for shareholders as it would enable the company to retain 100% equity in the project. This opportunity is enhanced by the prospect of achieving substantial grade and volume increases from the imminent drilling programme which would increase the NPV of the project and strengthen the company’s ability to attract financing.

Sol are the company making money.

Report shows we have no current revenue stream and when we need money we need to raise it.

If your suggesting we are making g loafs of money via gmet I'd argue it's only made once you sell your shares , gmet could lose out of funding and future drilling could be a dud , obviously unlikley but if that was the case the value there would drop

I'd also argue your too many shares in issue comment , have we not just reduced them by x20?

Yep saw it , and I have to say its a bit of a shambles. I wished I trusted my judgement when I believed something wasn't quite right.

We now have to go cap in hand with our tail between our legs hoping to secure a deal which will no doubt be not be so great for share holders.

Of course deals can fall through , but the reasoning behind this one with a strategic partner of this size having these issues should of been noted sooner regardless of a falling share price.

Unfortunately cmet now goes back in the bottom drawer as patient investors await further news , this has no doubt set cmet back a few months and I wonder how much cash runway is left before money needs to be drawn from its investors to pay for wages and keep the lights on.

Disappointed and frustrated as you can tell are 2 words which will best describe my mood right now.

I sold 211 shares on the door.

My reasoning , last 2 set of results saw a big pull back a few days later, obviously it might continue to rise , that's the game , but i have traded carnival 3 or 4 times times now and found it hard not to do the same , I did think I would be here a lot lot longer but the rise in 24 hours I'm happy with.

2 things my thinking proves correct and ill buy back in or it continues to rise and I don't.

First scenario I should make more money , 2nd scenario those that stuck make money , a win win as this is a pretty decent bulletin board which is rare these days.

Good luck all a safe stock that only becomes more volitile when the market uses it as a play thing.

Unfortunately logic doesn't always show , we have seen some good results followed by a drop.

What are people targeting, some reduced debt. Higher passenger numbers , more bookings , or the opposite lol

It's frustrating as the last 3 emails I sent were answered within a couple of hours, send one with a bit of critism or a non positive tone and so far it's ignored.

I'm just wondering if there is any update on the j.V funding with Sheffield being completed.

14th may 2024 we were told Sheffield were the preffered choice and that negotiations were advanced with expected completion before the end of may.

A further rns was released 30th may 2024 to say that while the transaction won't be completed in May, capital metals expect it to close shortly.

We are now into the last week of June and while I would expect you to ask i show a little patience which i will, it leads me question were the initial timelines ever a realistic or has there been further delays in getting this transaction over the line. Both scenarios not a great look considering the latest correspondence issued by the company.

Are we expecting this transaction to still go through and If so are we likley to hear something in June, or is this now likley to now roll over into July
