Doc spoil it in what way exactly, for suggesting any serious questions should be directed to the conpany
I would ignore tiggrrr ridiculous comment.
If anyone has a SERIOUS question I would email investor relations or Sean wade himself rather then a poster who will simply offer up an OPINION which isn't always right.
Wasn't there a post from tray about a price breakout last month due to a buyer showing no signs of stopping. That aged well
There's loads of reasons why pows s.p might be struggling , trays is quite clearly its poor market conditions. Doesn't mean there isn't other reasons in play.
I do agree however he does have a good grasp at the numbers and doesn't tend to miss a trick in that regard.
Roger I can see you are not suggesting R.R. is the reason it's heading downwards.
Maybe you brought it up as the amount of hype that was surrounded by Rick rule and his followers jumping into pow would mean a surge in the s.p.
Unfortunately that hasn't happened , we can't blame Sean for this.
The model is work in progress , more ipos need to go live , which will in turn give us more bites at the cherry.
You are absolutly right though , we need more then bits of paper and something concrete , with luck a molopo drill will go in start of the year which might finally penetrate the conductor. Maybe gmet could do something. Other then that I expect a quiet few months
I might be wrong but its my belief you are confused what's actually price sensitive and whats not
Negotiations with a potential 3rd party isn't price sensitive , they are just on going talks that may end positively or negatively for the company depending how they conclude , but the actual Negotiations are not price sensitive.
An example, if a rns came out today to say we are having Negotiations with multiple 3rd parties over a potential j.v the market wouldn't react and we would all be saying why have they released information we already know , this info has been relayed to the market and its priced in already.
However what would be price sensitive is if those Negotiations had been concluded and the market wasn't aware a j.v had been secured for instance.
What we can determine from the director buy is that no j.v has been secured yet that would impact the price , however Negotiations remain ongoing in the background which we as shareholders and more importantly the market is already aware off.
That's my view anyway
Yep so we agree , your original post suggested negotiations would of stopped , which isn't the case
The c.e.o will always know more then us , on your theory they can never buy in.
We are in negotiations with 3rd party's for instance. The market also knows this , those negotiations clearly haven't concluded as that would be price sensitive , if he knew 3rd party was being signed off say Friday that would also be price sensitive.
I don't think you can say because a director has brought nothing is happinig in the background
My understanding is closed period is 30 days before year or interim results , doesn't mean we are not in negotiations, just means we are not in reciept of price sensitive info at that time
Aged well
50p in 3 years will do for you , you may as well of said £100 a share in 3 years time.
What on earth makes you believe we will be 50p in 3 years time other then fantasy
Second thoughts I think I'm wrong about tati, I'm sure further exploration work is already being carried out , I'm at this time unsure of what that work actually is
The results is what I expected. Finding targets across the uranuim footprint.
So we start of the uranuim campaign with encouraging signs, remember we have found targets not deposits.
What comes out of that rns for me is what are actually the next steps for pow exploration wise , will it be more cheap exploration or will we drill into the targets , personally I dont think the drill will come out next round. I think they will explore the targets further.
When will this actually happen , we also plan on drilling molopo and further explore tati , its starting to queue up, I guess we will find out soon enough.
Who are the 3rd parties pow are speaking too , with luck it isn't the same 3rd parties that pow have been speaking to molopo all year.
And most importantly who's gonna pay for all this.
My opinion is another raise will be done similar to last year , a raise big enough where the company can say we are moving forward with all projects. Either that or a 3rd party is gonna put the dollar up. For me doubtful at this stage but could be wrong
Only you know your feelings legal , some will agree some will disagree , some will overload you with rubbish to convince you that your investment is 100% safe and the only way you must see things is their way.
Tati isn't the only project that has had bonanza grades , tati was once a company seller and now having work on it that warrants appeasing share holders.
Molopo yes it's good news we are drilling , the assay results could be transformational in terms of confirmed grades etc , but all year we have heard j.v, company's coming to us blah blah blah , my opinion is they have been forced into this move. Can't say we haven't got a j.v and can't leave it idle after promising the market there will be news before the years out.
Loads of messages around suggesting the reason that people are selling with a loss is because the s.p isn't looking great , I'm afraid that's simply B.S , there could be a host of reasons people are selling off. I think some might be selling as they simply no longer believe and they are jumping before they think it drops more , if that's the case its a wise move., others might see short term value elsewhere before jumping back here. , like i said a couple of examples and there are many more.
Other comments suggest the company are in a better place then 2 or 3 years ago, company wise maybe , project wise hmmmmm
Is molopo in a better place as it currently stands then last year ? Its been stagnant and now finally a drill is going in the ground , who knows when.
Is silver peak in a better place?
Is hanetti in a better place
Is tati in a better place then January this year.
Canada while a large campaign is also only air and soil , nothing transformational yet I'm afraid.
Remember im on about individual projects.
The company has some ipos , thats great means the company is bigger and risk free financial wise. But how far along are the actual projects. Pilot mountain has moved on how much the last few years. What about projects in the other ipos has some moved on with pace., I'd argue no.
I have heard a gizzilion times the chances of hitting the jackpot on a project is like a needle in a haystack , yet the same moan that the market doesn't price in the projects potential , the 2 don't mix.
I'm happy to hold long term , see what happens , my concern is how much raising needs to be done and how many shares will be in issue before all these ipos are online. Once ll online i fully agree pow will be very very attractive.
Because unless the molopo drill intercepts s.p rocket fuel , we will not create value in our current projects with the type of exploration we are doing before moving into the ipos
If the ipos are our value driver them then get them done ASAP.
Only ypu know your feelings legal , some will agree some will disagree , some will overload you with rubbish to convince
For me the Tati exploration Is a shareholder pleasing exercise, its been 9 months since the raise and exploration campaign was announced , I won't even guess the time frame for this soil sampling campaign, assay results and next steps will take.
Anyone thinking we will find a district scale deposit sampling soil is in for a shock in my opinion , its currently not ipo bound , and this enables the company to say we are actively exploring when the expected frustrations rise from it.
As I said for me a cheap time wasting exercise which enables them to get some added data which won't increase much value in the project
What happened to the pottentiall j.v , the accelerated discussions etc etc , don't get me wrong , hit something with the drill bit and things could change quite rapidly , just makes you wonder what happened to all those talks and why the descion was made to go it alone.
This is something I wanted after the initial results , so overall happy we are at least exploring, if we have what the hype suggests it's where pow will get the highest added value from , and majors will ultimately be knocking our door rather then us knocking their door trying to sell it
I concur , haven't brought back in yet , but remember selling at 10.65 to watch it carry in rallying to over £13
Now it's back below a tenner , and pretty sure it will rally again soon , just about timing right now
Yep fhat news has done wonders to the s.p
I do however feel Sean has grown the company, ipos have come online and more are to follow, this time next year we will have a much better idea if this model will be paying off, anyone suggesting its not right now simply isn't giving it a chance.
early signs of the uranium exploration in a super area are more then encouraging for me, im happy and content that will be a long game, Saudi Arabia you would also think will be a major talking point in 2024, again all of Seans work , and a market and area of the world he's very wise to explore, again a long game like Uranuim
Tati while slow we know a lot more about then we did start of the year.
Sean continues to spread POWs name and what we do further ashore then the average media channel p.j did
money seems to be spent more wisely , also with Sean putting in a large sum of cash along with rick rule it shows that the have full confidence in the business model, even p.j has remained , which some were concerned about when he left.
we might soon have access to the american market which will make life easier by all accounts for the American people , so all in all a lot to look forward too
the year of course isn't over yet, i don't see too much happening that will rocket the s.p , again my opinion I hope I'm proven wrong on , but we are certainly not where we hoped to be in october 2023 at the turn of the year. for me thats fact
all my opinion on a opinion based forum , not a de-ramp just a balanced view.
i continue to hold for the forseeable future , im content this will be a long hold
2023 was supposed to be a good year, the coming of the commodity super cycle that P.J used to go on about , IPOS to be landed and the impending possible company changer in Molopo farms and bonanza grades at Tati was enough to get the already invested excited.
so how have we done so far , appoligies i will ramble rather then structure ,it started of with a 900k raise to accelerate the uranium programme, and a comprehensive exploration campaign at Tati.
Uranium so far in my opinion is money well spent to those that are happy to stay invested for the long term ,some of our licences hadn't been touched for 40 years, so getting a better understanding of this huge footprint is wise, rather then go gung ho and waste a load of cash, I don't however like how its currently the company seller, my opinion is that it will be some time yet before any pure play in a Uranium ipo will be ready to prove up a deposit let alone extract any uranium from the ground.
Tati (also part of the fundraise) for me has been nothing short of frustrating, its been slow and we are 9 months on and still no drill has entered the ground , I'm not convinced it will either, 9 months for what we have achieved is a joke.
March time P.J leaves the company for personal reasons , the market reacts negatively after all p.js middle name should of been POW, and was replaced by Sean Wade. you could argue while the market is still bad and waiting for the super cycle it has never recovered from this point.
direction of pow is clearly about the ipos and Uranium Uranium Uranium.
GMET launched early may and has since been progressing nicely, its also an example that once these ipos are launched they need time to do there thing, GMETt is 4 months in the making and prob further along then i would expect other future ipos to be in a similar timeframe. this time next year im sure we will be talking about a few more that have gone live.
Rick rule turned up in May ( yes I said may) any impact he was ever gonna have to the s.p has I'm afraid been and gone, however it has given us some exposure and allowed Sean to speak in Florida which is a hell of a lot better then your bull market channel or cheap media outlets that attract under 100 views. least Sean is trying, will also be in new Orleans in November so again its a better audience even if it is costly .
Molopo results came out in April , better idea of what we have but ultimately compared to the hype also very underwhelming, at this point we had ALREADY been told of potential J.V partners , this update suggested further discussions with new partners and those conversations would be significantly advanced. my personal opinion is pow are struggling to sell what would be a very expensive campaign to a company with no guaranteed results , i would however love for Sean to prove me wrong its only my opinion after all.
projects such as Hanetti and silver peak remain stagnant.
