The main message IMO is that the very worst case here is that we find no more Gold (already proven to be untrue with the first hole at Titan) or anything else and our firesale market value of existing resource is well above 2x the current mcap/SP.

That's why you fill your boots down here while you still can.

We don't sell at firesale prices - we fast track to production via Radio Hill - at 374k oz only over 10 years with $1,750 AISC, $4,200 Gold and $200m CAPEX debt that mine will throw off c£70m (Pounds) of cash pa for the next 10 years, clearing the debt in under three years, leaving north of £500m (Pounds) in gross profit over the LoM.

This is why I'm buying £Large @ £20m.

If Gold goes to $7k then it will likely be in a hyperinflationary environment so I would want to increase the AISC to $2k and the CAPEX to $250m in that scenario.

For the original 374k oz over 10 years the new starting number becomes 2.9p - for doubled output of 750k oz over 10 years it's 6.6p at PEA/PFS stage with a DFS doubling those numbers.

That's a terrible article.

You value "gold in the ground" (actually any resource) by deriving an NPV value through costs/sales/time.

At the current Gold price on just the 374k oz of Gold (ignoring the 64kt of Copper and apparent extra Gold resource at Titan) with a LoM of 10 years and an AISC of $1,750 with $200m CAPEX you get an NPV number that, at PEA/PFS stage, would put this at c1.2p, at DFS stage 2.4p.
