My thesis here is that energy costs will sky rocket as part of the move to boost inflation so it would follow that the current NAV here of c97p is likely to rise significantly as fossil fuel costs are seen to rise dramatically.

There's a lot of serious US whale interest in some UK listed green energy companies, all the way to US govt level, in plays like this and JAY.

Nice news.

Assuming they own all of that DFS project - it's worth c£200m (plus whatever else they have) against the current mcap of £325m so somewhere near a quid should be zero upside priced in all other things being equal, like HUM @ mid teens. Haven't got time to search/sort their DFS "metals price" to weigh up the sensitivity analysis at current prices.

Stellar AISC/IRR though!

I'll keep an eye on that - ta - silver also a go-to for green energy of course but if "the market" decides we're actually in a recession (have been for two years already IMO) then silver likely to get hurt more than gold of course.

Placed at 103.5p earlier in the year, trading at 100p, NAV at 97.5p IIRC.

Anyway, that's the second time I've seen US whales taking an interest in UK listed green energy focused companies- JAY being the other.

They're obviously forcing a manufactured boom in O&G to boost inflation - the green energy stuff is obviously the "solution" to that at some point - suspect oilies/gassers will be hoisted very high for the dump and pivot into green at some point down the line but early positions could still do well in both - I've got a ton of CNA and big, debt-ridden oilies.

WRES tough chart read because of what I guess is a consolidation - I'd prefer 5s in a month?
