I'm warming to c36p here quite a bit - Gold is tapping $1,900, the future looks bright - worth holding onto this IMO.

Well if Gold hits my c$2.4k target this year then this mob will double their profits - I was mightily impressed that they'd actually REDUCED their AISC during the mammoth energy cost rises we've had BTW.

Talking of Barrick/buybacks - their chart and PAF's chart since March 2020 are identical, both breaking out of long-term Descending Wedges last week - interesting.

Cognitive dissonance aside, gold is looking rather perky again following a rather limp-wristed Fed.

Fingers crossed this forms a new base at 20p.

I like H2 for the big move on Gold - c$2.4k.

Looking pretty strong recently of course but it's very small beer re where it'll end up in the year(s) ahead imo.

I bought Barrick earlier today for the $1b share buyback, noted the same plan at PAF too ...

It'll come - great AISC here, tons of cash, Gold obviously looking strong.

The buyback caught my eye because Barrick Gold are doing the same ($1b) - I took some of that earlier - strategy would be appear to boost the SP, rather than re-invest for bigger output etc, the same here presumably - gotta do something with all that cash ...

40p longer-term IMO.
