Gold tapping $1,960 as I type.

Nice move here but very small beer of course.

If the Dugbe DFS comes in reflecting a number equating to the +50%/1m oz of reserves announced before Xmas then this could be worth c40p on 51% of Dugbe alone but it's going there at some point regardless IMO.

Fingers crossed for 60s this year - it could happen.

I'm afraid that none of us are very knowledgeable about the reality here.

Obviously the delay in dropping the RNS over here just adds to the stench but that's on the money guys, not necessarily the company itself.

I've no idea where this is going myself, under normal circumstances it would have stopped at 16p but to my eye now it looks like a test of the 10-12s area and then who knows what happens, could bag in a flash from there.

PureGold Learns of Notice of Civil Claim and Denies Allegations

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 7, 2022 -- Pure Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V:PGM, LSE:PUR) ("PureGold" or the "Company") today announces that the Company has learned of notice of civil claim naming PureGold and certain other parties as defendants in the British Columbia Supreme Court alleging failures to disclose certain information relating to its operations at its mine in Red Lake, Ontario under Canadian securities laws (the "Action"). In the Action, the plaintiff seeks certification as a class proceeding and with any other class members claims unspecied damages for losses incurred in their investments in the Company. Although no assurance can be given with respect to the ultimate outcome of the Action, the Company believes that the complaint against it is unfounded and without merit, and it intends to vigourously defend the proceeding.

Well no promises chaps but this looks like breakout to me ...

£50m mcap doesn't seem much for a big Rare Earths project that's about to become sellable post-DFS/BFS.

The NPV is the thing though - I haven't validated anything like the kind of £1.25b NPV number that some are touting on here so perhaps those are the guys pushing this to forward-sell their mid-teens placing.

Again, if you think that NPV number is anywhere near the mark then show me the math/source for that ...

That's going to depend on the reality of the NPV of a DFS - the money guys will already know those numbers and your lowball increase - on the same numbers - from PFS>DFS is a 2x.

If the size of the resource/mine plan/sale price of the commods has ballooned since then, well, the multiplier is maybe much higher than that.

I don't know where the current mcap = 4% of projected NPV is coming from but if that's true then this is a 10x from low 20s and I doubt they'll be raising lower than here - in that scenario, 24p is already mates rates with a 10x to come from here ...

Well that's an awful lot of buying at 22s - I suspect mid-teens is off the table then.

This is, currently, in its sixth red month on the trot so it would seem reasonable to suggest that it should show some signs of support sooner rather than later with the weekly MACD possibly starting to swing around nicely but if it's not to be then perhaps they have mid-teens in mind - time will tell as per.

Always difficult to measure the money/timing side of things when you have multiple projects on the go of course but with c3m+ oz of Gold on offer and a really modest $250 per oz of profit from those reserves it's not a reach to suggest a billion Dollars of cash being thrown off over the next decade and it could be multiples of that of course.

The CEO owns over 1.3% of the company with a recent buy at 13s so he knows what the real value is here - how it gets unlocked and at what kind of price is a question that will only be answered in time.

Let's see how the Dugbe NPV may have increased from the PFS @ $1,800 Gold (+1m oz/+50% of Gold remember - that's a LOT) when they drop it - I could be undervaluing Dugbe substantially myself and I think it's worth 25p on its own even just on the old PFS numbers.

Yup - it's a mess for sure and large prints either way likely mean bugger all right now :)

Looks like someone took £50k worth at 16.92p this afternoon but they've only just shown it ...

I think that's all very fair comment and at a £160m+ mcap at the last funding price @ 32p it was pretty hard to justify that mcap, or anything like it.

Halve the mcap at 16p, however, and maybe it's a different proposition given that Gold looks extraordinarily unlikely to go below $1,800 ever again.

It's really quite something to not be able to profit from $2k gold @ 4-5 g/t - like really conspicuous!

The, clear, contrarian view of course is that this dump is really very timely indeed ahead of a Gold boom and it could look a lot less like the 70p dump on HOC before it inevitably bagged shortly after, or, indeed, what's going on at POLY.

An RSI of 15 is kinda difficult to get lower so I've taken a few at 15s, no more than I can afford to lose outright of course and it can always go lower over a bit more time but I don't see this breaking 12s tbh.
