DYOR but I imagine that reflects reserves (with a costed mine plan to get it out) vs resources (in the ground but no idea how to get it out) - resources will always be bigger than reserves.

Re the NPV number - yes, you're right, it's dropped from the PFS/PEA but that was at $1,800 Gold, this DFS is at $1,700 Gold - if you study the sensitivity analysis then at $1,800 gold it's back up to c$750m.

Remember that a PFS/PEA has a typical accuracy of c+-30%, a DFS is +-10% accuracy so that you can, literally, take it to the bank.

I'm very happy for the market to ignore this for another six months :)

Yeah I don't know why they do them at 5%, 8% is far more realistic.

That said the headline NPV is @ $1,700 Gold and we're far above that plus note that the recovery rate is in the 80s and each +2% they manage to add to that puts another c$50m onto the NPV.

FWIW - I used post-tax NPV @ $1,700 Gold for the minimum 16.5p value net to HUM - you're welcome to value it as you like but that's the industry standard as demonstrated at a couple of other places over the last year.

$2.2k Gold doubles the NPV value BTW if you've looked at the sensitivity analysis and I expect us to be well north of there within year ...

I think they'll sell it too - it's too big for HUM to operate - perhaps the Turks will continue to weigh in with HUM getting a free carry or some such, that's what I'd do.

It's the money guys who dictate news releases, not the company.

My view looking at the Dugbe DFS numbers - take it or leave it as you may:

HUM's 51% of Dugbe in a fire sale tomorrow at the current Gold price minus the new debt balance gets you a c£50m mcap - i.e. where we are now at 12s.

So, Yanfolia and Kouroussa are both priced at zero right now.

They dropped it here at 16:44 too rather than tomorrow morning - think they're trying to keep it on the down-low at all? ;)

My numbers suggest min value of Dugbe to HUM @ current Gold price is closer to 20p BTW.
