Two obvious points to make:
1/ Neither Pasofino or HUM will be involved with production at Dugbe, it's almost certainly going to be sold in the next 12 months imo
2/ There's nothing more pointless than trying to compare mines, especially quoted AISC numbers. Any AISC calculated more than a couple of years ago is likely 30% below reality now because of inflation - Dugbe's DFS/AISC is up to date with modern costs, $100 oil etc.
Strip ratios and all sorts of other factors can and will differ wildly too.
BTW, iirc, those "reserves" you're referring to at Bilboes require a feasibility study to be undertaken before anything else can happen and if that's to DFS standard then that's a 15m bill coming your way. That's partly why I made the point recently of distinguishing between resources and reserves - it takes a lot of time and money to convert resources to reserves and that's all done and paid for at HUM.
