Completion of Acquisition

Further to the announcement on 1 May 2025, Resolute Mining Limited (ASX/LSE: RSG) announces that is has completed the acquisition of the Doropo and ABC Gold Projects from AngloGold Ashanti.

There has been no material change affecting any matter relating to the Transaction contained in the announcement on the 1 May 2025.

Very strong possibility of a bid here now
