Yes Cyber but if they can get what they want via a cheaper method (AIM suppressed mcap of parent company) then they will.

The conspiracy will be with the AIM crooks facilitating a suppressed mcap for the big buyer for as long as they can (probably not much longer!).

If you're suggesting that the SPAC was merely a ploy to force a bidder to bid proper money by exposing the mine and processing plant to the broader market then you may well be right.

That same bidder(s) (who may be HUGE money - Toyota/Volkswagen/US military linked entity/whoever) may think they're now forced to scoop up the shares on the open "market" (such is AIM ...) as best they can to the point of an aggressive T/O bid that could multiply the price overnight without warning.

Let's not forget the US military of course where the value per KG potentially goes out of the window and they just want what they want at any price - I noted this yesterday:

At the $80/kg for Neodymium being floated by the auto maker in that linked article the value of hypromag/the recycling plants obviously ratchets up exponentially and it was bloody good to start with - it could be $180/kg by next year of course as all the low hanging fruit disappears.

Bear in mind, as specifically stated by that auto maker, a sustainable source is what they want/need so that obviously puts hypromag in the driving seat (sorry) re valuation.

@pigeons which is why you simply must continue to sit on your hands here and woe betide the bored or impatient. I cannot guarantee a mighty win here but I also know, as much as anyone can ever know anything, that this could open up one "random" day at 50p from 15p, it's that kind of play and looking back at the obvious churn of thumping trades around this price we'll never know what was going on but that's the game.
