You don't need to be willing to "wait until 2028" - the price, IMO, will add c1.5p per month for the next 36 months so in percentage terms getting in at 7s while you still can amplifies the win over whatever period you choose to stay in.

Just my read but this shouldn't really be below 20p IMO.
