What isn't the case?

Deals are done on costed NPV mate, there's no other way to do it - can you broadly apply a percentage of NAV to arrive at a similar (but way less accurate/predictable) market value number? Well I guess so but I promise you that's happenstance, not how the value was arrived at.

The cotec news derisks but doesn't necessarily add value but the move by Neodymium is absolutely stellar - all the numbers are ratcheting up exponentially with the moves it's making.

A quid could be too low here by the time Q4 arrives.
