“who feels this share will consolidate and if so at what rate. i suspect we have some interesting weeks ahead. i wounder when this will actually be valued at what it is worth”
in my view , i think the share price would need to be a bit higher first …say for example it doubled from here and reached 0.03 before consolidating at 1 for 1000 - that would result in 30p , a market cap of 4.5 million with just under 18 million shares in issue . there might then be a significant fund raise with maybe a lock in period of 1 yr or 2 ? let’s say for arguments sake resulting in a mkt cap of 10 million with say 40 million shares in issue. the resulting very small free float with the new equity and the ceo holding maybe 60-65% together , might make a run to 1 pound realistic in due course .
alternatively a 1 for 100 would result in just under 180 million shares at current issue levels but a nominal share price of only 3p before any fund raise , which doesn’t appear as credible .
30p would be preferable to 3p
unless of course there’s great news on deals in the wings that might for arguments sake result in a multi bagger before any consolidation. let’s say sp further *****upled from here to 0.1p . implying a mkt cap of 15 million ( still relatively low imo ) before any further equity raise or dilution. then a 1 for 100 consolidation gives a share price of 10p and 178 million shares before any further equity raise
all speculation / conjecture on my part
