Just checked the website to see they are in process of relinquishing the Cote Ivory exploration blocks. Very disappointing as I thought there might be another Jubillee there in the deeper water block . This company used to be so exciting back when I held in 2006

Added a few yesterday on the basis of those large trades

Forgot to say a Dividend too and decent 2P reserves .

Been watching this one for years , seems to be at an inflection point

Debt free finally , 40 million cash at Dec , 6000 daily boepd mostly in relatively steady and geopolitical benign regions , upside from infill drilling in Cu Long basin and holding 2 frontier exploration blocks in Vietnam for years now with Best case upside of 10 Bn barrels equivalent .

Just topped up a small amount at 28p on that little pullback

So according to the poster below, At 95$ a barrel JSE makes an extra 100 million $ a year

Just puts in perspective how much money that recent Skua well cost that it takes this kind of extreme scenario to earn it back

Nevertheless I bought back in here last week ( small amount )

Jadestone Energy produce 20,000 bopd approx and net debt was 89 million end 2025. Should be much lower by mid year

Pharos Energy is debt free I believe, pays a small dividend and production about 6000 boepd

Kistos about 10-12000 bopd I think , net debt 80 million end 2025.

Afentra 6000 boepd i think , has debt

Arrow Exploration and Touchstone Exploration in Latin America, both ~ 5 or 6000 boepd , not sure re. Debt / cash etc

Or at current prices or a range between 0.03 and 0.05p , and current share issue of 34 Bn shares….

1 for 1000 implies somewhere between 30-50p and 34 million shares with prob about 20-25 million to trade ( CEO holding 25-30% approx) . A consolidation before any drill confirmation 30-50p would make the Share price ‘appear’ more investable albeit with no underlying changes .

But I’d rather the Sp move to 0.1p first on good news & then 1 for 100 with a mkt cap of circa 30 million at that point

1 for 100 more realistic imo if SP can rise to ~ .1 p first on license drill confirmation. That would imply 10p and 340 million shares with CEO holding 1/4 - 1/3 rd

Sold my small stake after the last update at 23.25p. Today’s guidance is disappointing on all fronts it seems , there’s no excitement in it. Skua well was an expensive drill in hindsight. Needs to hold 21.5p in next few days. Will follow with interest waiting for the 200 day MA to level off & start rising steadily . Tyrus obviously see value at the level they bought

Top up buy for me today , 1st trade of 2026. Hope my next trade is a sell

J.Asher Co- developed and sold an oil refinery in Germany ( one of the largest in Europe ) prior to joining Tower so should be well placed in that regard to anticipate any momentum re. Refineries . Also was a leading Oil Trader for what is now Glencore . It’s probably relevant to Towers ambitions ?

I expect a consolidation at some point if the price were to rise in the scenario above . That’s IF the Price rises significantly from here in the first instance.

0.03 to 0.10 would be a few hundred % gain. Whether it will happen or not is not up to me but rather the Company delivering on its plan for Thali and not being stymied by more delays / events out of left field

But there’s nothing to be gained by ie. a consolidation at 0.03 current prices in my view as that would mean 3p if 1 for 100 . I think 0.10 - 0.15 is achievable from 0.03 - 0.05 which has been the range last 6 months . Let’s see what happens .

A SP rise from 0.03 GBX and Mkt Cap of 10 million to 0.10 GBX implies a Mkt Cap of 30-35 Million at that price - still reasonable in my opinion for a company targeting 5k+ boepd near term with no Debt

As I mentioned here some time ago , I’d expect the CEO will wish to leave the decimal places behind at some stage.

If the Share Price were to move up from 0.03 GBX to 0.10 - 0.15 GBX range for whatever reasons ie. due to Drill date confirmation & Drill anticipation or other news etc etc , then a 1 for 100 consolidation might make sense at that stage

This would mean 32 Billion shares ( yes it’s a crazy number ) becomes 320 million with CEO holding of 25%+ held right , giving a nominal share price in that case of 10-15p from which to build long term value

This Nominal share price looks more ‘investable’ , removes the sub 1 penny stigma and suggests higher mid / long term targets should Tower ever move to multi k boepd Producer status & possibly positive future developments on Namibia / Sth Africa .

All of course subject to Thali progressing as planned / hoped for & as stated in multiple Company presentations

At least the placing price is consistent 0.028 p appears to be the floor and the 2 separate tranches issued should in theory prevent much of an undershoot of the placing price as so often happens . Too many shares in issue though . 1 for 100 required but preferably at 0.1p to give a 10p launching pad and 330 odd million shares for whenever this Thali development finally comes off .
