Disgusting that on a day as bad as this for the company, your main motivation is to try to browbeat genuine shareholders into selling up. What's your motivation for that? Don't try to downplay it. Reported again.

Now, I've read and heard some truly daft things in my time (mostly from tradey), but this one is up there with the most incredible of them.

1. When a company goes public, from that point forward it needs to be run to satisfy BOTH the interests of its shareholders as well as the health needs of the business. This has done neither since 2021. If you don't want shareholders feeling upset when the business tanks, don't go public.

2. Share drops 93% from its peak not so long ago, and it's the shareholders who are at fault? Wowzers. I didn't realise that it was shareholders making these horrendous commercial mistakes all this time.

3. Absolutely no way to substantiate the claims of uneducated and brash. I'd say flaunting onesself all over Insta in Turkey, France and the Middle East while the company goes to the dogs, then still expecting bonuses is the epitomy of brash.

Every single year was supposed to be the turnaround year, according to the two pumpers. And year after year, the results just kept getting ever worse. Anyone with a bearish view was an idiot, a troll, a fud, a moron (verbatim) according to them. The post history says it all.

Not at all. The whole squad should have gone much earlier. Most should have gone last May when they tried to award themselves millions in bonuses for that horrid set of results. Bravo to all who voted to keep them in their seats. I'm convinced the board knew in May that the US DC was performing badly, and yet they said nothing. Nobody aborts such a significant investment based on only three months' summer trading. As for the debt deal, this is simply a reprieve. They still have to find some way to work it off.

I am wondering. Should we consider all the bankers who re-arranged the debt also clueless?

Horrendous update. As predicted. The market agrees. Severe debt concerns and a worryingly short timeframe in which to free up some cash. Offloading a brand or an asset won't generate the stratospheric returns that some are predicting. Boohoo is a distressed seller, and buyers know it. Low-ball offers all the way. Lyttle should have gone two years ago, and today's update should have announced the turfing out of the entire board. Three years of utter garbage. Wake up.

A statutory profit would be an excellent initial target for Boohoo. What an achievement that would be: to simply make a little bit of profit without utterly destroying it with wasted exceptional costs. I can't believe ambitions have ever been this low.

If you could just bother yourself to read, you'd find that I am invested. 77p BE, thankfully currently deriving some returns from loaning my shares out daily. This is a small consolation, in the absence of actual positive business performance, prosperity or even a coherent improvement strategy.

Prolific? No dear, I wouldn't go so far as to say that. I just tell it like it is now and then, or as I see it. Maybe you could look at the pumpers whose post counts run to seven thousand (boasty) and fifteen thousand each (Bfd+T4g). Now that's prolific. Always prattling on about an imminent turnaround.
