I think some are getting confused about the actual OO share price, which is 0.00065. Whilst the SP may well drop tomorrow as some sell at a good profit, it is highly improbable the SP will drop to the OO price or below.

It's a provisional allocation, not an actual.

Nobody has received excess shares yet, and nobody will receive 100% of what they have requested as excess - fact! Those sitting in accounts are only provisional and full payment has been taken for them in advance of the result of allocation later today.

I had a response to an email I sent to James Parsons a few weeks back which said " Realistically I expect nearly no excess for anyone ... everyone will receive though their firm entitlement in full."

It's all in the RNS - share allocation expected to be announced Tues 4.30pm 18th April, new shares hit AIM 8.00am Wed 19th April.

It is an interesting point rekoplee, and one I have thought about as having spoken to my broker (AJ Bell) I do not think that any funds not needed to buy excess shares will be returned immediately, it may take a few days. If I decide to buy next week following the GM and OO allocations I will probably need to use alternative funds.

When are you peeps going to understand/accept that no excess shares have been allocated yet? You had to pay for those you requested IN FULL UP FRONT so this is why payment has been taken from your accounts. HOWEVER, the announcement re the allocation of these excess shares is expected at 4.30 on Tues 18th April and funds will be returned for those shares you do not get. It is largely accepted that there will be very few excess shares and those available will be allocated on a pro rata basis to how many you applied for. It really isn't rocket science.

You're absolutely right James. Money will be/has been taken up front for all shares applied for, both those guaranteed and excess. The allocation is due to be confirmed on 18th April and funds will be returned for those shares you don't get, timescale dependent on your broker. Shares currently showing in accounts are provisional only. Excess shares will be minimal, if any, and pro rata to what you apply for.

"IRG - Can't take the chance now with my money in here any longer after reading the Sound RNS I feel if anything this will now take a lot lot longer to get off the ground than originally thought and I can't take a chance of watching what little I have going down, so I consider myself lucky getting out now only at £110 loss" Someone simply intent on misleading and upsetting the board I suspect. Everything will become crystal clear to those unsure by this time next week.

I don't think they will favour anyone! Excess shares, if there are any, will be issued pro rata to what you apply for. The RNS makes this clear.
