It's a tough one to call with no real precedent as a guide. An interesting share to both be in and watch. My feeling is it won't drop by 50% from today's value, but time will tell.

Only if the SP is £0.004 at the time of consolidation. If it was at today's closing price of £0.0046 then the post consolidation price would be £0.115.

comment was made at the launch presentation when the SP was £0.004. So a 10 bagger from there would be £0.04p pre consolidation, £1 post consolidation.

I emailed James yesterday to ask for his opinion on the inconsistency we have seen in the allocation of excess shares - I received 0.5% through AJ Bell. Here is his response: "Everyone received the same percentage for the excess. Basically given the pricing of the open offer shares they were fully subscribed except for the non eligible investors (living outside EU etc) so that small piece went for excess allocation. The excess was then divided on the same percentage to every application for excess (there were many many times more excess applications). So that means everyone received roughly 0.5% without exception. I'm not sure where the other percentages you mean come from as I have personally been through the list and can confirm every application has the same percentage award. Just possibly it is something to do with the fact that nominee accounts come aggregated to the company." I am still not fully understanding of why there has been such a difference in allocation between the different platforms, but I suppose some you win, some you lose!

Excess allocation is pro rata to how many excess shares you applied for and not related to your guaranteed 2:3 entitlement.

Well putting calculations aside Cervelo, I alone applied for 30 million excess! Think about it?

Just over 58 million shares available to satisfy all excess applications means, as we knew, we will get virtually none. Talk of receiving a third or 2.5% is nonsense.

I do hope when the excess allocation is announced shortly there will not be a mass outcry from confused and disgruntled PI's who believe they have got/will get a significant allocation of excess shares. It has always been clear this would not happen.
