By and large I think oil is dead in the water. If it’s a sentiment driven stock then I think it would be worth a gamble as long as you get in about before everyone else.

COPL and Tullow seem to be exceptions

Next Source Resources and Ferro Resources have open pit high quality world class vanadium resources that need little processing. Bushveld have a world class vanadium resource that is not quite as high as the others mentioned. The point is it is it is more expensive for BMN to process vanadium to the same standard and is they are less efficient. Recognising this fact, BMN are diversifying into the VRFB space and other things. Hence investment’s last year in to IES and Enerox...

This is not a deramp of BMN. Far from it, Fortune Mojapelo and the other board members should be commended for their quick thinking and agility. They recognise that Ferro Res may be hard to compete with due to having a slightly inferior resource.

People will tell you that BMN are amazing and they are. But you should understand the vanadium market. This is a brilliant investment for Prim in my opinion.

Just wanted to give some balance.

How many are getting rinsed by selling and hoping to buy back cheaper. Right now the big holders appear to be holding. If anything the news flow will increase the SP.

Time for some to rethink their strategy...

I was invested in this at 1p. Went to 3.7p on anticipation of perseverance 1 drill but it was a duster...

Price dropped to .7 then a month or so later .5.

They have announced a placing so currently priced at .35.

I expect it to rise back to .7 for a few reasons.
1. It is issuing shares at .8 to funds.
2. Last year it merged with another company in the Bahamas whom have oil rigs in operation.

It is way oversold IMO and may be a cheap double your money. On the other hand this may turn further south. Don’t get me wrong, the directors are there for wages etc. But I would only look for SP movement upwards and sell.

Very speculative so do your own research!

Alba reckon they have high purity graphite! This should rise based on that quality but now they need to prove up the resource! That’s a bit backward IMO.

Anyway, at .25 or .30 one could accumulate a lot of shares. My idea would be to sell for a bag or two? Same as last year maybe with this one.

Clearly they are highly speculative, but the news flow volume is usually high.

They do have some quality aspects but like I say, highly speculative IMO.

Don’t be fooled by the MM moving the price up and down...

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see this is currently priced at £1.10. Higher and lower yes but not enough to say it’s a price collapse/ buying opportunity or whatever else. That’s just over thinking the situation.

Not sure that I would want two similar plays like ECR and COBRA. That just sounds expensive as neither are guaranteed. Gains made in one would most likely be cancelled out by the other? Unless they are both up but that’s a double edged sword. Both of these companies are now expensive in terms of having enough volume to move the needle. Does that not present a big risk vs reward?

I can see buying say BZT, RMM or ALBA. Or maybe all three! These kind of plays are 5 to 10 times cheaper, based on sentiment and bag, double or triple bag several times a year.

These are just my thoughts. I am probably wrong!

Yeah suspended apparently. I have wanted a slice of enerox though and this seems to be a cheap way. Not sure how Prim can make this work for them but if they hold it looks like a smart investment. Prim are about 4p.

Have you looked at Angle PLC? Looks on the face of it like a FDA play, but it has a lot more going on with years of excellent peer reviews and research.

BZT is a good start. Saint is right. It’s worth looking at UFO. Commonly available under a penny and that makes a lot of sense in itself. I don’t think they have put a foot wrong in the last year.

Re ECR: The CEO has been a doughnut and that is a red flag. Normally ignoring a red flag can be catastrophic but it depends how much you have invested/at risk. That said we have all watched what has been happening and had a chance to reposition the holding price... Funnily I don’t think many did. We live and learn.

Could be fundamental to lift off.

My problem has been not enough money to go around. I started last year with £15k and I have made really nice gains but I still have to choose which to hold or sell. I sold BRH after getting in at 20p ish (can’t remember the gain). To be fair only you (Nolupus) saw the rise coming in brh and maybe one other. Can’t remember why I sold it but let’s just say it was for one of my good stocks lol, so no harm done. It’s enough for me that I am looking at the right stocks.

Regards EVG, it’s on my list! The sums seem similar to me to the way scancell was in spring 20. Probably not much to choose between them as one had to move before the other. Put it this way, 100k EVG is £8k or there abouts. If it moves up 6p too fairly recent levels (14p) then it’s nearly paid for itself. It certainly would be a hold from there too. But that’s just me spit balling.

Iqai. Never could see past the noise. Way to much drama but you read between the lines. A lesson learnt from the sidelines for me and that is worth a lot to a relative beginner.

Past the stocks you have mentioned it’s a case of paying tens of pences or even pounds for these kind of stocks. That’s pretty grown up stuff. Let’s see.

There have been so many magnificent rises from pharma biotech companies over the last 12 months or so. Synairgen, Tils, Angle, DNL, Novacyt etc.

As I look around it seems that all of that generation of stocks has taken off as me way or another. Although it is important to point out that most are still waiting to confirm deliverance of results. That of course means there may be opportunities or threats to investments...

There were some impressive rises. SNG and Tils trading blows nearing £3 etc. But to my knowledge it was a little known prospective mining play called ALIEN METALS (UFO). That saw a rise from .0036 to 4.4pence. Think it was only pipped to the post by Novacyt but might be wrong.

Anyway, where are the new generation of penny pharma biotechs stocks. Did we find them all?

I would say this.

Angle is performing as one might expect considering news flow and news due. That is to say very positively. That in itself is highly unusual compared to other emerging investments that are somewhat less predictable.

I do feel as sure as I can be that this will continue to rise before FDA decision. Although this is not a one trick pony, the De Novo is key. It should act not only as a spring board, but a considerable milestone.

The recent jumps in SP can only be due to funds or maybe even institutional buying. Maybe there is some share accumulation on behalf of another.

Fascinating to see the shares changing hands and it does make one wonder for whom and what reason. Who is that other and how long will their journey be. Ultimately, a buyout will happen but not next week, next month or even next year.

If I sell a single share I will be very cross with myself!
