Nothing is guaranteed when it comes to regulatory approval. However beside FDA, Angle are pursuing a commercial avenues which is the space it’s peers already occupy. Many are multi billion MC and do not have FDA approval…

Angle is an onion. Many layers besides FDA.

Bearing in mind that we have different strategies as I don’t hold all the way through trials.

July 2020 saw stage/phase 2 results that propelled the synairgen share price up between 600 and 800% (dependant on a persons average). In my view, positive data from a trial will propel a share price far higher than announcement a trial is underway. This is proving to be the case with SNG at the moment and it is making people nervous. The big gains have already been made last year. Although small gains are appearing currently as people take positions for the final stage. I think it will fall into a zone between £1.45 and £1.70 until news.

I would go as far as to say that I personally would avoid p3 trials for this reason; If it has built a share price following positive phase 1 and 2, it should already be highly valuable. If it were then to fail at phase 3, it would be a long way to fall with no or little chance of a comeback.

This is my approach to phase trails and I will be adopting the same strategy to a Sclp and the others I hold.

This is not a deramp of SNG, it will probably get there.

Now @ £2.14. Was £2.80 when I mentioned the other day. Ouch!! Sub £2 beckons imo.

Not sure what you all think, but phase 3 holds the highest risk? That’s why the market reaction is muted. This could be stuck in a zone for a long while yet. This may become the albatross around Sngs neck much like FDA with Angle. Both need to pass these milestones in order to unlock further value.

FDA would be gold standard and US is the place to be for muscle investors.

It would be like saying let’s not bother with the Olympics, let’s concentrate on the Common Wealth games instead.

Will this hit £1.80 before Nov 4 following rights issues? Probably not but may come close and then bounce a little

Seem to have tick ups on many boards. My portfolio is around 10% on recent weeks . Very tempting to sell a few and hold cash just incase they all drop again!

So we can agree that POLX communicated the 2nd manufacturer news by RNS.

Anything beyond this has to be conjecture though doesn’t it. So each investor should make their own mind up based on research and fact. Perpetuating our own conjecture and mixing it with others interpretations just leads to inaccurate theory far removed from fact.

Yes it was stated in the Telegraph a day AFTER, Justin Waite posted his YOUTUBE video (see previous link) where he explained his theory after finding an RNS to the fact that POLX were using a 2nd manufacturer. It’s all in the YouTube video and the dates don’t lie.

This is where the rumoured second manufacturer theory seems to have started.

Looks plausible to me but it’s likely to be a case of 2 + 2 = 64 million by the time everyone has had there say…

How’s this for a mind twister.

Currently the biggest share driver IMO is the FDA application and whilst we await a decision I think the share price is stuck in a zone. This has taken the SP from 50 to 60p all the way up to £1.40 region. Question is would you agree that FDA application has created a glass ceiling?

Only the FDA know the reasons why and it is not entirely clear that the Company have a full understanding. We must wait for clarification I am afraid.

That said, the suspicions surrounding the use of a 2nd manufacturer inadvertent issue do stack up pretty well IMO.

More waiting I am afraid but hopefully not too long.

I happen to think that the similarities between Polx and Angle are striking in one respect at least. That of the MM. They are not in the business of being on the wrong side of the rub.

At the expense of POLX, we as Angle shareholders have been able to observe what happens when a drug device application has been refused. Remember, nobody knows (including the MM why POLX did not get approval. Even the Company themselves must seek clarification from the FDA. Potentially it could get far worse or maybe much better dependant on the reasons given. The likely hood is that the MM set the price wrong one way or another and only time will tell! But what else can they do with factual reasoning in short supply apart from be cautious?

Back to Angle, whilst it is interesting to observe the daily (hourly?) share price, we are all smart enough to know that short term views will be irrelevant come the big picture.

Like everyone I am bursting for news and I like to speculate like everyone. We just have to wait and try and keep calm!
