This IMO is a great little option. Stacks to research and learn about the company. Has not really got caught up in the Covid bubble, which means it is not tarnished like the other Covid chasers. For those that are Biopharma inclined, it is a steal surely. I mean I can't see it dropping and they are doing fantastic work. I have managed to free up some cash and I will grab some more at the right price.

The business needs cash and if they are not selling they need to fundraise until sales start to come through. No institution is going to lend the company money if they think they will lose it.

All money is allocated yes. That is how business works. Even though they may have costs today they will have tomorrow, next month and so on.

It is clear that the board are not looking for a pie in the sky SP. They are looking to develop and distribute products whilst growing at a steady rate. They want the business to be strong and enduring. This is not conducive to PI's who in the main want £5 per share valuation tomorrow so they can buy a second-hand car off eBay.

Did you see that 850 to 900 people were watching AVCT presentation. 250 to 300 were watching ours...

This has maybe another week of falling then news. Not sure if that news will create the numbers you want or rather need. My personal opinion is that they may have some governmental (not UK) contracts but they are not allowed to disclose. Even still don't see above £1.60 with the best news in the world IMO.

Trying to figure out what life is in this deal. I took a punt = perseverance 1, which then turned into another punt = Uraguay and another punt = merger. Materially nothing has changed apart from the fact that 1 punt had has multiplied by 3. That is a lot of punt's...

Don't expect too much from this presentation. The reason I said this was that the SP was always going to drift down. PI's want £5 per share today and are not willing to wait! Unbelievable I know but that is people for you. As mentioned, level 2 looking good so it will be back up in no time with strong holders and smart investors onboard.

Avacta nailed placing, short and sweet and nobody got spiked. A few panic sold but not many. That was how a placing SHOULD have been administered... It was all over within a week, plus they got Ruane onboard with placing which was a hell of a swoop IMO.

You can post questions in the tab on the rhs. They will group similar questions and ask them for you.

I do not believe we have anything to worry about unless he asks for more shiny euro lol. We will be fine.

It will take a few days to mull over whatever DB has to say. The share price will most likely drift downwards before recovering on Monday. We may be entering the finishing straight but the line has yet to be seen.
