No doubt the tide will turn for ODX and others that have been under the cosh since Monday. Not that I will be parking any money there as I have other targets. Good luck to them though, I thought the RNS was reasoned and may well spur them upwards.

I also have been scrutinising many stocks and it feels to me the tide is turning positively all round. Can only be good for Imm too!

Just added another 10k shares @ 10.99. Holding 105,000, just a tiddler I suppose...!

My thoughts:

1. We are in the same sector as COVID stocks so we have been tarred with the same brush.
2. Look around at Biotech stocks, many are heavily discounted like us. We are not the only quality stock for sale - it is a buyers market...
3. We are just waiting for sales now, but a market correction upwards is deserved for DNL and one or two others.

Definitely a buyers market at the moment so the choice is vast. No need to take huge risks IMO. There are fully approved Biotechs with nothing to prove. Many have SP discounts of 25 to 40%!!! I guess those kinds of discounts are widespread so I would be reluctant to take a chance on a company that is trying to make its name. Unless of course you can pick one up for 10p or so...

SNG is a trade play now for sure. I know that sounds disrespectful but we have to tell it how it is.

That said, it is possible a big pharma or partner may be impressed by the journey that SNG are taking and there may be much value there. P3 will be very challenging but I am hopeful. Obviously P3 it is critical to any success. It is worth bearing in mind that SNG001 may yet be effective against future Corona viruses that vaccines are unable to treat. However the new generation of vaccines (of which Pfizer & Biontechs may be the first) are designed to be useful against more than one strain.

The Pfizer Biontech Vax has cut the legs from under the COVID market(CM). The question is, 'Is the CM a genuine platform to showcase genuinely valuable Biotechs, or Is it just a bubble? IMO this can only be answered on a case by case basis. So NCYT clearly are the genuine article. They have cut the mustard but will already be looking to diversify should the bubble pop. SNG yet to be proven but certainly promising. On the upside they have a valuable asset. On the downside they have struggled to react quickly enough. Remember there are no excuses here as NCYT have delivered. They are the bar by which others are measured.

GDR, ODX and AVACTA = great companies but not in the same league and were soundly beaten by NCYT. Once the bubble pops all any one will remember is that they didn't measure up.

I run a small business with high turnover, low overheads. The business is a top up to my income after investments and is therefore becoming more part time. If investments go wrong I guess I will have to work harder again. I will say that I invest cautiously and and hardly ever add capital to an investment more than twice. That is my golden rule!

If you run a business then you are the last in line to see the money.
If you invest successfully you are the first in line. Obviously using an ISA or Sipp makes it tax free too.

Nothing is guaranteed 1509. You and Eva seem to have good intuition and I hope this continues. I think Eva is a secret SWAT on the science but don't let her know I said that!

The way I look at it is that:
1) Lupizor is safe.
2) There is a desperate need for a drug like this.
3) This is the second bite so one would hope that Imm have learnt their lessons
4) In Avion we trust! (Apparently)
5) The FDA are not a bunch of jokers. If they approve, it opens up a lot of possibilities and leaves behind any previous doubts.

Just to add some balance. P3 is another obstacle entirely IMO. Cross that bridge when we come to it. Let's get SPA/FDA and hit 30p first :)

I think the MM have tarred all biotechs with the same brush. It makes it easier for them to leave these stocks for few days whilst they make hey on recovery stocks. I think it will all work out well in the end and we should see this tick up by the end of the week.

So once a company submits an application the FDA, it will either be accepted or declined (the submission). I don't think Imm are trying to portray it as acceptance of anything other than the submission. Approval is what we, Imm and Avion are looking for...

The SP drop
I do believe the Pfizer Biontech vaccine has trashed the COVID stocks with some losing 40 to 50% from their SP. Other 'non COVID biotech / pharma stocks' are part of the collateral damage and have dropped 5 or even 10%. Things will calm down soon and it will be business as usual IMO.

It seems to be a buyers market where ever you look presently. Had to add here today @ 54p.

Imm peptides and the Pfizer BionTech vaccine... Tell me more, what is the link? Genuinely interested and I am not disbelieving.

Forgive me but I am a little hazy on the absolute detail but from where I am standing it would be BionTech science driving the COVID vaccine. Pfizer seem keen to get into the 'new vaccine' space that BT have occupied with there subsidiaries and partners for some years. Targeting COVID by activating the seek and destroy T cells that have memory and may be able to destroy variations of - mind blowing. Really awesome, fascinating and cutting edge stuff. Not the kind of thing that big pharma have been ready to accept until now it seems. If approved, this vaccine will the first of its kind and a sign of things to come. Watch out for immunotherapies and other medicines related to this.

If Imm have played any part, or more likely IMO, overlapped into that scientific space, well they deserve a lot more respect.

Well we have some good news at last in the fight against COVID. Lets hope the Pfzier Biontech drug is as good as it promises to be.

Bad day for those that hold Covid stocks, I lost a little amount on the Interferon play but I can live with that. Especially as I am holding here at DNL, makes one appreciate what a good investment this is...
