The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
The only thing that will bring this project to a steaming halt is the discovery of a colony of Feral Nuns on the site.
Isn't what it used to be .... but.... didn't someone post earlier this week that they had just sold a large part of their holding because they believed they could buy back later at a much lower price?
Anyone else remember a post like that from earlier?
Alternatively, does anyone recall making a post of that or similar nature?
Here we are getting to the end of a long journey with a very bright future around the corner and we have a whole range of negative thinking and views trying to apportion blame for some slight variation to the 'master plan'.
Inline with Northern culture, serious violence is seen to be the universal cure to this 'set back' (if it is one - but let's not get bogged down with reality and facts) with head banging initially being proposed but eventually the more drastic sentence of 'a kick in the nuts' being seen as more appropriate.
Maybe a more realistic approach is pursue the 'wait and see policy' and delay buying the country pile for a few weeks.
Should be soon but whilst 40 tpm has been mentioned a few times Michael has dropped the number 50 tpm a few times! One thing is for certain and that is the quality of feed into the old concentrator plant will increase dramatically and a doubling of output hence income will soon be with us.
PS Don't forget that as well as the Tungsten we'll have 4-5 tonnes of Tin as well (instead of the current 2 tonnes.
Last time I saw a figure Tin had increased to 21,000 per tonne! A nice little side-line to be in!
To get the inmates excited - a little sprinkle from Miss G is always a bonus.
On a more serious point hovering around 0.5p is appalling when we are close (4-5 weeks then fine tanning) to get our brand new kit humming! With other things around the corner none of which priced into the share price we are sitting about 25% of the broker valuation of 2p!!
So fair enough we've started the process of increasing the sp but we've a long way to go (and hopefully in a very short timeframe) before we start to touch 'true value'. All IMHO, do your own research etc, no credit, In God we trust everyone else pays cash!
Yep, BJ Cole was there steering the pedal guitar (having his Hawkwind moment as Michael suggested). The band had a cello played by a Yorkshire lass (from the People's Republic of South Yorkshire aka Sheffield) called Sarah Smout (much younger than the other members of the band) and Bridget St John bringing some real 'Folk royalty' to the set up. The tour continues I believe Mike move on to solo gigs I think.
Haven't been called Boy Wonder for a long time Batman :)
Don't know if it's two month behind but Jig /Mill part could be 2-3 weeks late but such is the wonderful world of Projects. Getting this kit online does effectively double our production (or maybe more possibly from 20 tonnes to potentially 50 tonnes I think). The strategy of keeping the old concentrator plant going does keep a revenue stream going thus easing the pain of the new Concentrator plant probably 4-5 weeks back ( due in April 2019 I believe ) possibly May 2019? A 10% delay in timeframe isn't too bad in my view since I suspect the plan was set to be 'challenging' rather than stuffed with time contingency!
Whilst I'm not invested in Orm I do keeping dropping onto their website to see 'lack of progress' after their announcement a couple of months back that they were 'commissioning' their kit and ramping up production (or was that just ramping?).
With views of the Jig, Mill and concentrator plant steelwork (mainly) on the website.
He appeared to elude to some of the long term investors seeing live pictures from the plant, well up until recently !
Jig plant was scheduled for last week of March OR early April he suggested that maybe another week or so. The Mill is 95% there and when these two bits of kit are up and running the grade to the old Concentrator plant will improve significantly!
He did mention that it "Was a good time to have a Tungsten mine coming on stream"
As Jazz said "The only way is Up"
Now all the serious and more serious exchanges over the last few days have died down. I thought I'd better report back to TinTin that I saw his mate Mike with his band on Friday at the Lexington - a very enjoyable night it was too.
If only the Swedish Government were so entertaining we would all be jumping up and down cheering.
Just a few more (thousand) days till we see some results :)
Too little too late is the cry from this investor.
The Swedes will be thinking solely about the EU elections AT THE END OF MAY so another two months wasted. Then the next excuse will be IN THE SUMMERTIME that's another two months!
Next we can move to HARVEST so they're 'far too busy'.
Next the Sami will be too busy with 'the ROUND UP' to engage with any meaningful debate (we can't possibly leave them out ) so more delay
Preparations for Christmas will see out 2019 and if the company is still in existence we can just say that a new application is required.
Dreadful absolutely dreadful and the company needs to double down on their efforts and state categorically that No More Delays will be tolerated.
SRA 737 continues to 'jump the hurdle' but without wanting put any kind of negative spin I always get very suspicious with Sierra taking all the kudos and glory for this drug with absolutely no recognition of Sareum's role or involvement. Couple with payments never reaching us for whatever reason (rightly or wrongly) I always get a bit nervy and think about litigation and how expensive that is going to be when they are raking in the cash and we are still twiddling the thumbs.
Can anyone calm my fears about the certainty of payments if the dream of commercialising SRA 737 comes true for both the shareholders and the patients that desperately need an effective treatment.
You guys really need to work out how to navigate around the cameras for the various projects and enjoy all the activities going on at La P today.
Today's show was inspired by that documentary "Gorilla's in the mist". The guys have cracked on apace even taken delivery of some secret item at about 10 (their time) which meant the camera went into archive back up. You may notice the two supports they've put up this morning for the conveyor system which will link the Jig to the free standing tower containing the secret item hidden behind the white plastic sheet!
A load of scaffolding was unloaded yesterday afternoon and is in the left for ground.
The sun has now burnt off the mist covering and maybe we'll get to see the installation of the two conveyors
Don't know what's happening with the wiring up and plumbing part but I suspect it's been going on so that in the next few days this bit of kit will be woken up.
I know you peeps like your world economy chats/insights. Here's something someone else posted on a different board about microcap companies. About 18mins long if you have the time and are interested in investing in this area

Some great 'picture' on the camera today until about 1pm when it appeared to do a download to the 'archive' . The good thing is that you can now look at the time-lapse up to 5pm Friday 29 March. The bad news is (at least I suspect) you won't see any 'live' pictures until Monday morning.
Later (after the 5pm reference) they appeared to be doing some concrete pouring over on the far left behind the wall, some ground level adjustment on the hill at the back and this morning they installed the walkway and hand rail on the structure on the right hand side.
I did notice on the 4pm Friday picture some new steel work being delivered along with an interesting white/glass structure. Any ideas?
For those that ever wondered what happened when Jim turned up this is a live version with extra Lizard King voicing his Cane Snake which got him into a whole lotta trouble

HBob as Eddie Warring used to say "There'll be penalty kicks for this"
I thought my cryptic comment the other day would have made people aware that sneaky peeks are available. I thought most of you peps would have then sorted it out but I was clearly wrong (hence the Eddie Warring approach)
I've been looking at the updates some live others lagging behind (open 7am to 7pm CET).
One of The Doors classic tracks will show the way.
Sometimes the front is locked tight but Jim Morrison knew the way
Always remember if you want to go to Spain go GM.
