"What's your view on the Microsoft collaboration Bob while your on this board?"
It's another typical not very much burger. If you want compute space either to run a base application/service or service customers using that application/service then you will gravitate towards one of the big three cloud service providers. Your choice as to which will be driven by your own internal technical bias/resource but the overall driver will be what your customers want.
Then you either migrate it to or set it up on, in this case, Azure. At this point your average ramper will now be eulogising about Hockey Stick Growth as the revenues ramp up because now the company is offering Advertising As A Service, AAAS. Woot.
Next up the company will become Azure Certified. This is something that says their stuff plays nice with Azures infrastructure and requirements, is not a bot farm, and also... works. There would be no point if it didn't. Of course in Ramper World the company is now Azure, and therefore Microsoft, Certified so Microsoft is going to buy them up for $Beeellions.
They could have done the same with Amazon EC2 or Google Cloud. Google would have driven some sort of orgasmic rapture. However they chose Azure likely because that is what the customer base, current or prospective, asked them for.
