If the antibodies have gone with a specified period and virus still prevalent in communities then process is repeated.

Without prejudice to any particular person on the SCC planning committee - I witnessed extremely poor conduct of reasoning and process in the meeting today 27th `Nov '20 - plenty of bias witnessed - items previously passed being discussed to bias this application and its vote - this was technically quite poor. Local councils should not be solely allowed to conduct planning reviews of nationally important resources that are in compliance with all the relevant industry and environmental regulations and standards that have been put upon UKOG. This decision was an emotional one and lacking in logic; it was not conducted in the interest of the Nation as whole - this will not be recorded in SCC history as a successful outcome for the UK - yet again - I have informed the PM of my views.

I have just sent them a complaint thru the SCC website - about the process we all witnessed today - I expect a legal letter to tel me to stfu.
I have grave doubts about this country and the lack of sheeple backbone that I have to witness each day - I feel a new dimension in time coming on - OK - you got me - "beam me up Scotty... "

This so reminds me of SXX planning - a high level of technical incompetence. You have to understand that corruptive behaviour in most positions, from the bottom to the top, has been going on for years under the radar - now that the sheeple are waking up it is becoming more evident that it needs to be addressed - in time and in preparation for this , however, people have been made to feel inadequate or incapable of voicing their opinion in a more logical way by convincing them that the so called authorities, local or otherwise, are to be feared and unaccountable - the Chair spoke a lot of sense but we are not talking logic here we are talking solely about emotion - humanity will not mature without change - as is evident at this event.
