STEVE - property looks nice but I would not purchase it - at risk of being flooded due to increased sea levels due to glacial/arctic melts ;-)). De-risk - aim well above asl.

Only a good move if companies is looking for more exposure (i.e. II's and Fund Managers, etc) - maybe that this company doesn't need to move - in the short term - depends on Numis advice, I suppose. Not forgetting that main market regulations are different for the company (sometimes too bureaucratic and cumbersome) and that share dealing for retails investors will incur additional cost of 'stamp duty' - which I think is 0.5% of anything above value of £1000. Please correct me if needs be.

I am now in my final quartile of life - I have witnessed and been a part of some significant historical events since I was put on this Earth and I am now witnessing another significant event - I am truly grateful for the experience that this stock is giving me just now - I can only wish for others to experience the same as many times as possible in their lives too. This online survey is one part of this public consultation process. Your responses will provide important perspectives on the possibility of a future study taking place, as well as identify important factors that would need to be considered in its design and communication, should one be approved.’
