+vibes - I was an investor and went to the AGMs looked him in the eye asked him many questions and my gut said "not confident" in this company due to BOD - original strategy was to invest in Rare Earth Minerals (REM !!) - as I believed that the future was increase in need for them - conclusion: why invest in a 3rd tier company (dilutionary) when you can invest in a tier 1 company - hence my move to the companies directly - this one - for instance - at least KM is a non-exec. He doesn't evoke confidence in me and many others - from past experience. I now look forward to some ROI here - for one.

Unfortunately we still have KM here - best get rid - imo.
