Know the feeling West Brom - had similar with Sirius Minerals (SXX) - sense some similar [in-]activity by BoD here as comms to RI very poor - imo.
Always bear in mind that you are not alone here - we are all finding it difficult to remain confident in our judgement having little knowledge of backroom intentions for any of our investments - as AIM is a dirty place.

All I can say in support of you West Brom (WBAFC ?) is that - look how many were super confident in the SXX BoD (including me) before it collapsed ? I have some similar suspicions but surely it cannot be rife amongst all AIM companies - can it ?
NEVER assume that bod are considerate of the sp and retail investors - to some degree we have served our purpose for them. Just because your friend buys you a beer doesn't mean that he hasn't got his eye on your wife/life/usefulness/ etc.
If you have concerns about the shenanigans (withou prejudice) make contact with the sharesoc.org.uk about your concerns - only group that acts on behalf of retail investors - lets prove their worth.

I suffered the same with SXX - thought that only to be patient was the trick but alas fcuked by the BoD, the Gov't and financial instis including the banks.
The whole experience scars the memory - some even took their lives and others had good relationships collapse. We all need to play our part at every opportunity to ensure that the dick danglers don' t get away with it next time - could still happen here however illogical it may seem. FTSE:AIM loves retail investors to kick start co££uptive behaviour until it suits their greed to have us lose confidence and get it wrong - the MnMs hold all the trump cards in the pack to be used to suit their pockets and egos. We have just got to have a Plan B, C + to survive a very risky investment environment. SOmetimes though they get shafted and it remains a talking point by retail investors (mostly) in glee for decades afterwards and use it to encourage others that it could happen again on their watch. I find that the most difficult emotion is the FOMO - it locks in any profit taking so that in retrospect we could all have been much richer. We hope that everyone will manage to reach their financial goals but many more don't and it is unfair but as many say here ones physical health and mental wellbeing are the most important things and should be treasured more than the pound in the pocket.
Let's each treat ourselves this weekend with something however small it is and look forward to the possibilites.

Staybright: I really must take full responsibilty for the misuse of the word 'renumeration' in an earlier post - please do not think ill of Kaeran or Blue for my mistake as they may have been misled by my mistake - appreciated being corrected, as always.

Absolutely 'Trouble' - it's all very well talking of £54/share - but we have to stay safe/fit to enjoy it.
As has occurred so many times on this board - we are more aware of the medical and strategic (+) risks than most people in UK/France about this company and it's products. We have so often made accurate forecasts on how the UK gov't should have run the C-19 crisis and have insight of what could happen this Winter - on the whole we have been right - (not about the sp, sadly). So, stay away from the dreaded lurgy if you can and if you get it focus on what you could do with any profits.
[Even] more patience required to realise any profit.

Renumeration - it's always about renumeration in AIM stocks.

If I am contracted to perform my Systems Engineering role I am most definitely expected to 'hit the floor running' and it is a vast subject, believe me, those who do not know this.
I do not expect the new CEO to find his own time to get a grip of things - having got to interview he should have done his research and the BoD should have quizzed him about his strategy, goals and objectives for the company bearing in mind that he has high level working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and that he was selected on the answers that he gave. Also - if you had ever been in the military - you would have had much experience of getting on with the job at 'boots on ground'/'troops in theatre' - look at the lads and lasses that rescued those in Afghanistan recently - they certainly did not hang around 'getting a feel for things' and they are paid so much less than the new CEO. So, I expect a forward looking plan for the company - inside a week from 'bum in boardroom'. The chocolate chip croisants and the coffee machine should be on order and be operational for the minute he arrives !!
(Wonder if he needs a PA ??!!)
