My original investment into the rare earths/metals (not just Li) was via REM (now KDNC) - which in retrospect was very forward thinking (many investors just get in a while too early on some stocks especially like this one - still waiting for ??). But then I met the CEO of REM (he is non-exec here - I know) and went to many AGMs - some time later I realised that whatever happened to the REM investments the market wasn't that keen on him and that he had a lot to prove to them - in the meantime he (+some other bod members) was taking a nice salary out of our hard earned. His presentation skills and treatment of retailers did not instil any confidence in me and I left KDNC before the iron ore mine/port - I hope that they all do well over there as I had met so many nice retailers some of whom are here too. So - good fortune to all here - hoping that we do not get screwed by company directors or the market and we gain a fair ROI - this is most probably the most important year for us here in EMH - looking forward to the mine being developed into what has been advertised and one that justifies the long wait. Xerxes: If an offer was made for a quid then the prospective purchaser would have done their due diligence and would know what the potential ROI was so a fiver per share (or equivalent) in the next few years would be likely - just hope that retailers will be able to benefit.
