Is this a wind up? Why terrible news? Got to be good going forward with VRS taking a majority stake and in battery development for electric cars, what’s not to like and only 2m extra shares in issue. Gets my vote, very astute imo.
Afternoon Bo, you been dreaming again? 23p that only happens under the influence of something or other. Nice thought but I am still struggling with my 7p forecast, surprised to see it down today though hoped the bounce might continue for a while. More good news needed, take care Bob...
Could be your year El if QPR get promoted and FDBK is 12p by the year end....but I do have my doubts. My 7p guesstimate still looking very fragile but you never know with a couple of positive announcements, next few weeks quite important imo. Gnight all.
Evening folks, been a long time since buys outweighed sells to this extent but in recent days there have been 3 very positive indications that FDBK is moving forward: Samsung contracts, high level recruitment ads and the new website. At under 2p the shares are still massively undervalued imo so we need further announcements to get back to anything like fair value. The next few weeks could be critical to to continued sp advance, previously attempts to do this hit buffers but if growth is maintained then we may well be seeing a real rerate based upon sound commercial reasoning. Interesting times ahead, all imo dyor of course.
Hi Botak, excellent find..if ever there was a statement of positive intent then this is it! FDBK are seriously looking for a very specialised experienced manager to spearhead expansion. You only do that if you are on the cusp of expanding...it says it all, the present sp is seriously undervalued imo.
Morning all, unbelievable with the recent good news that the sp has shed almost 1/3rd in the last week, this has to be bargain basement top up time even for traders! Definition of undervalued has to be here imo.....fill your boots with spare cash for a rosy Christmas bwtfdik. Strange times feedbackers!
Strange market, we have two valuable bits of kit in TexRAD and Cadran which ordinarily would drive investor interest and create a strong demand. The sp would be rising on any good news and as with most tech growth stocks with proven products there would be high interest as the company moves towards profitability from r&d. However FDBK seems beset with squabbles that divert attention away from commercial fundamentals, obscuring the facts that the products are proven and wanted. The market for sales is thereso why do we have negative vibes surrounding the company? As sales materialise the market will eventually recognise the value and the sp will rerate, in the meantime we need a dedicated CEO and a BOD driving the products to market with commercial updates to shareholders. Unless you take the view that TexRAD doesn’t work then in the current trend for medical AI products FDBK must be seriously undervalued. All imo dyor.
For perhaps the first time Infind myself agreeing with TB! Now is not the time for our BOD to sit on their laurels thinking they have an unassailable lead. First mover advantage has to be capitalised.....so let’s get a move on with clinical sales and JVs.
Check out news item on BBC website : A shortage of senior radiologists around the UK is causing delays for patients, and affecting cancer and other medical care.
Radiologists' leaders say the situation is unacceptable and must be tackled by ministers.
Figures suggest their workload of reading and interpreting scans has increased by 30% between 2012 and 2017.
But the number of consultant radiologists in England has gone up by just 15% in that time.
The figures, given to the BBC by the Royal College of Radiologists, also suggest the number of these senior posts in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland has remained static over that period.
There are not enough and they do not have sufficient time to interpret increasingly complex scans...TexRAD is here to help. The NHS / Alliance contract is waiting and needed now, then the sp will break out of its slumber, dyor.
Good post Botak. Why would anyone who has sold most/all of a substantial holding want to continue trashing a company? Sour grapes or simple nastiness....get a life. I think once a new CEO is appointed there will be considerable news announcements and the sp will be way north of where it is now.
I am puzzled by the sp reaction to news and deals of the last two days. Sometimes the macro market can undermine specific share logic but there is something of a bounce today so why the negative sp? What’s your take El? Volume is good, some really chunky buys, good rns. m
MH sales not good imo but other vibes very positive. Why the insane spread and why have mms taken the sp down? Are they fishing for stock? Never is FDBK an easy ride but after months of frustration it seemed we were on the verge of a breakout. I thought the sp would have gone through 2.5p today and was hopeful of 3p next week, now who knows.
Evening folks. El and Horsford have been long term consistent believers with little wavering. Botak and adrianz have realistically called the situation as it unravels. I have blown so hot and cold, esp thru all the TB trials and lack of communication, that my confidence didn’t know which way to turn.
Are we now FINALLY about to see real prospects for income growth and profitability? If so then hats off to all long suffering lths. Let us see if the promised land beckons or if another false (AR) dawn arrives in the next couple of months. GLA.
Afternoon all. We do seem to be stuck fast in a limited trading range but time does play tricks. I hadn’t realised only 3-4 months ago we achieved both 52 week highs and lows:
High 3.53 25th April
Low 1.22 9th April.
Even so we have been approaching 5p before the CE mark for Lung, so just what have our BODs done to justify their running of the Company? On the face of it very little....there has been no tangible development, no clinical JV, increased cashburn and as usual very little communication. DC has gone, perhaps AR and some colleagues should follow? This is AIM but even by that standard the performance has been very poor.
So are we now at a critical point where it either goes bust or rides a wave to success and riches? Answers on a postcard please!
Hi El, the trouble is it was over a year ago and still nothing has happened. Different BOD with options lined up for next year, a CEO appointed and sacked BUT no clinical sales in sight and a sp lower than 12 months ago ! Something hasn’t worked too well and we need positive signals but our BOD remain bedded to secrecy. Let us hope things change in the next month.
Hi El, Botak, adrianz....gets my head spinning this one does! Exc posts from Bo to TB wonder if there will be a reply. Agree at these levels you would expect a bounce but it will take something like confirmation of Alliance or Siemens integration with clinical rollouts to get a sustained rise in sp. if/when that pappens then a serious rerate should occur imo, more so if the BOD can find it within themselves to let the market know some income projections. Nearer term the issue of a CEO has to be addressed if FDBK is to become serious commercial business, nd sooner rather than later.
Get all that sorted and the sp can form a solid base, ? 5p, and then grow sensibly with sound development behind it. Keep dithering, shooting itself in the foot, remaining too secretive and frankly all bets are off. Over to you BOD. All imho of course, dyor.
