The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
thanks for the note El, I will watch the income figures with interest. Agree Hors Cadran was always valuable and under-utilised imo, perhaps new markets are emerging? Linking Cadran data with TexRAD is interesting, just need that first big clinical sale to come thru then we all rest easier, perhaps something of real interest will emerge tomorrow?
Afternoon El, is that £1m mark an acknowledgement that we are unlikely to see much, if anything, in the way of clinical sales this year do,you think? I had assumed if the Alliance /NHS contract proceeded that income from that alone would probably generate several hundred thousand or more. Slow burner for sure.
Afternoon Bo, hope you are well, back in the tropics? I cannot understand why there isn’t a long queue banging on the door for TexRAD given all the positive reviews flying around the world! Should be a sales team’s dream, where are these clinical sales? Enjoy your weekend.
Hi El, I share others comments great work. It all proves the esteem that TexRAD is held in but at yet not converted to clinical sales. Hopefully the dam will burst soon and the number of buys will rocket, hopefully catching mms with their trousers down.
Morning Bo hope you are enjoying your trip. I might struggle to join the chorus of appreciation for AR, but you are right if the sp gets nearer to 5p than 1p I will be joyful. Let us hope the Results are not the same old bland message of good times ahead.....we need substance! Take care
Evening Hors, hope you are well. Despite the malaise I am genuinely beginning to think something very positive must be in the wings, look at this:
Herald are persuaded to invest heavily in the last placing, despite the dilution
Tom agreed to put his hand in his pocket yet again
Mr Cranston still has his 30m+
SS increased his holding....even AR now has 7m!
Las Friday saw the big 4m+ buy.
I have no belief that any of the above would happen if there was not a lot of confidence that something big was coming (as usual us small investors will be fed scraps after those in the know have been to the trough).
Another point, in the past this level of inactivity would have had mms pushing the sp down...hasn’t happened. Any thoughts anyone, because I am thinking this might be the time to add further despite my New Year resolution not to!
Interesting times imo.
I’ve heard of slumbering but seriously two trades since the 4th January! That’s really playing it cagey, guess nobody wants anymore shares until they see the direction of travel or progress?on the other hand there really cannot be much downside risk now at current sp. see what tomorrow brings.
Evening all, it’s interesting El given the modest rise (tho good%) that the spread has widened to nearly 12%. Is there perhaps another buy in the wings or maybe a significant order being filled? Comment has been made regarding speculation of decent news in the next month or two and mms appear short of stock....so just perhaps the sp will have upward pressure applied for a while?
Yes Hors, but I suspect the FCA has little resources to carry out an in depth investigation into the shortcomings at our tiddler. Incidentally with the Results looming does anyone know how many shareholder requests are required to get a specific question put to the Board for answer at the AGM?
Performance at the helm has been abysmal!
Spot on adrianz...are they really serious about building a world leading medical imaging AI company or is it just a part time hobby funded by misled investors? I give it 3 months to see positive news backed by results, the lack of investor communication warrants no more imo.
Hi Bo, don’t forget also that from March this year our beloved BOD can avail themselves of millions of share options...though this pales against the recent fundraise.
There has to be tangible commercial news this year and I expect NHS/Alliance will lead the way followed by China, S Korea, India and perhaps the USA. Should any of that happen let alone further product development news thena serious rerate will occur. So will I buy more.....not at present, I want to hear the sound of wheels turning first, and investor relations is not this company’s priority. As Horsford says let us see what message accompanies the Results Statement (though the past has taught us to be a little sceptical in this regard).
El, fwiw my end of year guesstimate will be 1.5p - 4.5p....not overly exaggerated given the snail pace growth history.
Good luck all, and whatever happens try to enjoy the rollercoaster (bad analogy, that implies ups as well as downs....lol).
A new year, special greetings to Elartu, Botak, Horsford who have shared my pain of the last year. As others have said, health is the most important but it would surely encourage a raft of good feeling to see FDBK up to 4p plus where most of us believe it should be. Care to join me in the end of year sp guessing game again El? We couldn’t be more wrong than last year!
Good health, good luck and an enjoyable year to all FDBK lths.
Clearly a rehearsal for the Xmas party Bo. By the way is 2020 now to be the year of the Feret? I know FDBK try very hard not to make me rich but is there any chance I could be less poor by the year end? All this potential....sigh.
Hi Bo, if that were to happen the sp would 10 bag in very short time....provided of course the BOD actually told anyone about it without El having to ferret around the nether regions of the internet! Come on FDBK stop hiding and tell us all about your collaborations etc.
Afternoon El, I’m here and still waiting for the sp bounce that has periodically been touted for well over a year now. Cannot imagine what seismic news is required to get mms to place a realistic price on FDBK, hope we don’t look back in years to come and muse over something that should have but never quite did. Everything screams that the sp should be multiples of where it is now but the market cannot break out of this range, strange times.
Fair enough El but if they want the stock in volume they will have to raise the sp a good bit more. Just what will it take for the sp to reflect its true potential? Current trading range over the past year has been......BORING.
Afternoon El, with all the ducks lined up I was expecting a nice steady rise the last week of September. What’s going on are mms playing their games? With TexRAD on the cusp of clinical sales and real potential in India, China, S Korea, USA etc plus GE and Siemens why are there sellers at this stupid price? Then where are the buyers? Not sure I understand the market for FDBK any more, defies what I see as logic at every step.
Any thoughts welcomed.
