Morning Botak, its not an unfair question on the face of it. Perhaps I am being delusional but with his record in oncology you would think he would really care about the benefits of TexRAD. So I hope the situation is that when amendments to TexRAD were proposed in May it was also decided to adhere to the new Regulations that came in in June for registration of medical devices to qualify for CE marking. These Regs would have needed a complete review of the data and along with the amendments this resulted in a very protracted delay. Meantime BG continues to bang the drum and research sales continue with international agreements lined up. So its all still there, what is unforgivable is the total lack of communication with shareholders, and disregard for the sp. The majority of shares still rest with TC and TB, so if there is to be investor criticism that has to be taken notice of you would think they will force action at the AGM? The results and AGM assume even greater importance imo. Optimistic long term but BOD must improve their communication and respect for shareholders.
Afternoon El, normally I would take it as a negative sign if MMs didnt want many shares ahead of results but such has been the inconsistencies with this one, and total lack of information, that I dont know what to think. May be they dont either. On any other basis I agree the shares seem cheap, and with BG still spreading the message globally you would expect good news to start flowing............but? Where is Botaks lincisive viewpoint?
Hi WhaGwaan, I cant personally see a cash call coming - funds were raised earlier this year to invest in the sales effort once CE obtained and I am hopeful that the results will show the Company in profit or break even. You are right though that no news about the CE or sales effort is very disappointing, whether this is a sign of problems or just a BOD out of touch with its investors will I guess be shown with the results next month. I am personally not negative about prospects and believe the CE is forthcoming, otherwise why would BG still be travelling the world extolling the virtues of TexRAD? It could be that current sp levels will seem a bargain post results....but there is also a not insubstantial downside risk in the absence of information. Whether to add now or not is an unclear issue not aided by BOD indifference to shareholders need for information. There, had my pennies worth!
Hi folks, another week has gone and the FDBK deadlock remains...sp totally unmoved, updates zero, sales minimal. Can only hope that the good folk working their butts off to deliver CE have had a successful week and the finishing line is looming large.....if not we are all doomed to coin a phrase. Have a good weekend and stay safe from Brian.
Brilliant post Horsford. Excellent check list that perhaps will serve as a guide to how informative the Results announcement is. I recall being very underwhelmed by last year. If this all comes to pass then we are well on the way to commercial success, hope its not a big if. Current sp would be a steal on this info.imo.
Morning folks, hardly any trades the last few days is this the calm before the buying frenzy upon CE delivery? The Results are only around 6 weeks away and I still feel logically the BOD will want CE registered before then so they can concentrate on future sales and development. A pivotal period for FDBK coming up imo.
Afternoon El, if I remember rightly this part of the world has featured a few times in TexRAD review and promotion. Once CE lands (hic) would not surprise me if this were the region to first deliver sales success? Hope I am not getting ahead of myself!
Hi Georgey, I agree the very long delay from what was stated would be some weeks does imo warrant a reportable update. The situation with TB may be more fluid as he may not be able to be too restrictive but you would have thought some general progress could have been made.

Afternoon folks I have received a reply from MH as follows: Dear Mr Dibble Thank you for your email. Further to my previous emails, as an AIM-listed company we are required to announce significant developments to the market without delay, ensuring that information is provided to all of our shareholders at the same time. We take this seriously and therefore I am unable to disclose information beyond what has previously been announced for you to circulate, which includes providing guidance on the contents of upcoming announcements. I appreciate your frustration; whilst we cannot influence the share price the CE mark remains our highest priority and as soon as there are material developments they will be announced. Thank you for your support. Best regards Doesnt take us any further but we have BOD assurance that the CE mark remains their highest priority. Unfortunately I read the note as a statement that any announcement is still a way off, hope I am wrong. It could be that they are now engineering the RNS to coincide with the results but I am not sure why there would be any benefit in delay. Anybody able to introduce more positive comments would be welcome, still have faith in the product though.
Morning all, no trades registered at all today so far which I suspect reflects the lack of interest as a result of the lack of communication? It also looks to me as many of last weeks sells were actually buys, whats your take El? The delay in the CE and apparent disregard for updating shareholders is not right. May I suggest that we all email FDBK via their website to request: A specific update on CE delivery expectations Confirmation as to when the BOD expect to launch retail sales A very detailed announcement to accompany next months results as to development plans and future growth targets. If enough investors engage in this then a response has to be forthcoming. My email will go this morning, gla.
Yeah the veritable snakepit you have described on many occasions. I still do believe strongly in the merits of TexRAD though and the benefits it can bestow. BOD need to communicate: Why the prolonged delay? Is it technical complexity or a fundamental issue? Are the new CE Regs in June a problem? How close are we to registering the CE (realistically)? What are the commercial prospects for the next 12 months? Are plans afoot to roll out other TexRAD products soon after Lung? What have been the sales team achievements since the fundraising? At the very least shareholders deserve to know what their Company and BOD are doing. Is there a planned Q&A at the AGM? Need to get this moving.
Morning Bo, I am not so sure there was intent to deceive at the time but there surely should have been an update say around 8 weeks if clearly the delay was going to be a lot longer. Thats what really riles me about AIM no respect for investors or regard for communication. There HAS to be comment in the results if not before though.
Evening El, I suspected they might be buys and yes I am a little hopeful. Wouldnt say more than that until we get either a positive rns or the CE mark lands. Until then I think it will be as you were, and my hopes of a 7p finish to the year diminish as each week passes. Results will be interesting and this time must be accompanied with FACTS not hopeful jam tomorrow. When did I become so cynical....really not like me, must be FDBK influence?
Your buy showing as a sell Hors, glad to see you still showing confidence. I guess they need to get the CE right for Lung and presumably compliant wth the new Regulations that came in in June so as to ensure 'speedy' registration of other uses later. Results next month will be interesting, do you think CE will arrive beforehand? Morning Botak, good to hear activity declining in your area....mind you an upheaval in FDBK sp wouldn't go amiss! Let's hope for good news this week.
Hi Botak stay safe 20 miles is nothing if it blows, I guess the authorities will monitor and advise on evacuation if necessary. Puts the FDBK musings into perspective though, your health is far more important. Having said that a lot or people's lives could be enriched if TexRAD is fully commercialised....patients and investors, good luck.
