Just a thought, will there be a rush of new year ISA investments at these suppressed prices after tomorrow? You would get around 700,000 for appx 10k at this sp, got to be a bargain if David Crabb produces the goods over the next year and beyond.
Morning Botak, voiced the fear a few weeks ago that TBs strategy may be for an eventual RTO. perhaps now less likely given his reduced holding. Particularly encouraged by TCs take up (some of the Directors still dont look too committed imo). Now we need the news beit JV, UK/Euro contracts, clinical sales in China SK Japan etc, Liver CE, something game changing needed. Then over time the move to profitability and ongoing growth is what will propel this.
Good post Jimbob...I have stated to others privately that I will run with this until the year end and by then the new BOD will either have succeeded in starting to commercially integrate TexRAD or they will have failed. I think by then is enough time to see whether JVs are likely, NHS trial is successful and other TexRAD products receive CE mark. If these happen then all is well, if not then sometimes you just have to accept that not all your horses win.

Evening El, been pretty boring for a while now hasnt it? We all know what leads to selling pressure and a fall in the sp but what would be your guess as the catalyst to propel the sp back beyond 2-2.5p? Daft to think even pre-CE WE WERE SOME 3x current values, by any logic without TBs negative impetus we should be 6-7p at least imo. Hopefully the new team have a structured plan to actually grow the business. Need to see some benefit soon though.
Hi El, hate to see sizeable late trades like this reported it can distort the market and gives mms ammunition to play games. What are the reporting rules and how delayed are mms allowed to let a trade ride to suit their pockets? Thanks for the info.
Heres a thought TB why not sell all your shares to the new Directors then the sp can find its true value, the company can develop its products for real clinical benefit without hindrance, and honest shareholders can look to the returns their ethical investments justify. Surely not too much to ask its it, but then we are talking AIM and the minds that frequent present and past positions with apparent moral disregard imo. LFL.....Let FDBK Live!
MOrning El, the smiley face didnt have his tongue in his cheek but I take the point. All solid reasons for optimism but why the protracted sp doldrums, the market should see through TB sales issues and look at the bigger picture ahead. The fact it hasnt is down to Company perception imo and that wont change until revenue forces a rerate. Given the snails pace of growth I would happily take 6p year end sp now. The CEO / CFO appointments do shout confidence so just perhaps we are on the cusp of real growth? Could be an interesting couple of months ahead :), hopefully.
Morning Hors, interesting development. You would think FDBK see the need for this appointment as a result of rising revenue and activity. They obviously will be aware of cashburn and presumably are comfortable that income will cover this. I also would have thought David Crabb would have been aware of this when he took his role. Surely must mean an imminent RNS?
For a transfer would there not be a matching buy to go with the sell? The delayed notification doesnt look good, mms playing naughty games imo. As I have said before trying to second guess TB is not healthy, but if it is a genuine sale then he is down and there should be notification? Either way I stand by my earlier post and am hopeful of much better news sooner rather than later, then perhaps we can move into the 2-3p range again? Time will tell.
Recent activity looks dire but unless you really believe David Crabb was brought in, and accepted the job, to preside over the demise of FDBK then the conclusion must be that clinical sales and significant growth are around the corner. I just cannot see how someone with his credentials would have taken the job unless he saw a real opportunity to develop a big profitable business. That the sp continues to be hit says more about FDBK inability to convince the market ahead of proven results, unlike many AIM companies built solely on hype. If I am right then the current sp is the bargain of the century in a year or so....unless of course that spectre of dilution occurs. I am considering buying at these prices, albeit putting faith in DC.
Hi Danbury, not implausible by any means but you would go mad trying to second guess TB or the logic of Board meanderings. Certainly not a fan of further dilution, and it would have to be on the back of really strong evidence of massive earnings potential. Too many false dawns and loss of credibility for PIs to be suckered in now, the new CEO has a massive job to rebuild shareholder trust to get a placing away imo.
Hello Hors, presumably not Mr Cranston as his increased holding would have to be announced. Wonder if the same person has now acquired around 4m over the past couple of weeks? Implies some confidence going forward, perhaps a director dealing announcement will be made, or perhaps our new CEO? Whatever it is good to see large buys and may act as a buffer to future TB sells. All we need now is a positive RNS to get the sp out of the doldrums.
Morning El, there has been some decent buying today but it looks like normal trading to me. I still suspect the mms have offloaded the 1m sells to order (last nights late trade being one). Suggests there might be support for bigger trades and perhaps an appetite for TB stock? Would like to see Director buying but none reported as yet, that would help allay placing fears.
Evening El, be interesting to know who is buying I doubt mms are sitting on sales of 1m x2 over the last couple of days. Is Mr Cranston bust or perhaps one of our directors has his cheque book out? They are going somewhere imo.
