As for instigation I asked some serious questions about the company and received abuse and inane comments from you,wonder boy and the attack dogs who will set on anything that moves if holding any opinions or concerns that run contrary to those spoonfed to them by the obvious clique that lurks here.

As to whether or not I'm here in three weeks time is my affair and my decision won't be influenced one iota by you or anyone else posting here.

You have half the answer it's sentiment,as for intrinsics I covered that earlier,but just to recap lack of capital to exploit an alleged resource on this potential scale requiring massive investment.

If the actual value of each share is as the NAV .67p then the

other 55p or so is just sentiment

We got there in the end.

Some here seem to believe that a share with a NAV of .67p is somehow worth 56p despite all evidence to the contrary which is as irrational as flat earth theory.

I just wish to discuss why so many of you fail to grasp that logic and prefer instead to throw insults around as if that is any substitute for cogent debate.

Sadly the level of base ignorance exhibited by the clique and their cheerleaders precludes any sensible discussion.

As I said fair value is based on facts not sentiment and it matters little whether the cash in hand is 3 or 6 million,although nobody has clarified where the extra 3 million came from in the accounts given no revenue stream

So why is there that anomaly?And it's nowhere near levels required to exploit the resource this is factual.

As for being attacked duplicate accounts nonsense just seems like paranoia on the part of the incumbents here

It's a pity very few appear to want to answer straightforward and reasonable questions which implies some of the so called experts here do not have the answers.

So on that basis a pound is now being touted as fair value?

Based on what precisely?your expertise?

It's a free forum and as far as I am aware still a relatively free country and I do not require advice concerning when where and what I may post.

My mission is to establish the true value here with a view to investing at the right price which in my opinion and based on known facts is nowhere near where the share trades today.

So far I have seen little input of any worth bar one who does actually concede that rights and JVs will be essential and that suggests the price will have to drop significantly before fair value is attained.

Sure it's here on the fundamentals page 3.52 m cash in hand and bank.

So to get back in track and hopefully establish some fact over raw sentiment?

First off market cap is a reflection of share price not value.

If the price dropped to 30p tomorrow the market cap will be half of what it is today yet the asset value remains the same.

The disconnect between the share price and the NAV is massive.

I am trying to find what has driven this and establish what this is worth as it stands without the froth as an investment opportunity now not what it may be in years to come,which is being well baked in to the current price.

Put simply buying the equivalent of a one pound coin for sixty.

Second what's the NAV now as it stands with no speculation?

Answer around ninety times less than the present share price.

Now onto cash burn someone said four million last year?

Will that go up over the next few years? Absolutely.

Cash in hand?six or three million depending on your source last accounts says 3.5 so they have done very well to virtually double that figure with no income and operations costs?

So enough cash for 18 months if spending doesn't increase. Which of course it will have to.

My point?it's a good startup prospect if the assays hold up but never worth the price trading today.

And there will be brutal dilution to come.

To clarify I am merely asking questions any sensible prospective investor should ask.

Thanks for the steer,so to sum up dilution from present position is inevitable whether it be via placings, rights issues or debt?

Given the scale of the project this could be considerably larger than the investors at these levels appreciate?

Plus if the assays are correct and we don't yet have those details how will this impact the market for titanium the price of which is currently flat lining?

After all they are quite fundamental in making any investment decision would you not agree, particularly given the meteoric rise in the share price?

A few questions....

Firstly where is the finance coming from as cash in hand only stands at some 3 million which is surely massively underfunded for the scope of this project and if more is needed do investors need to fear dilution via additional listings or joint finance arrangements with partners?

Secondly where is the intermediate operating cost coming from given there is zero revenue and commercialisation of this resource is a long term venture?
