I think a lot is being made of the timing on the release of the Grand challenge results.
the could announce it at 1pm and scancell would follow up with an RNS.
original Moditope RNS was at 10am !!!!

You don't know the terms of the agreement between the interested parties.
You don't know when the money will be paid.
Is it invoiced monthly in arrears for work done?
Do they set up a new company?

My guess is that the board could have sold at 25p many times over.

One must always remember with SCLP they are dealing with cutting edge technology.
Most of what they are doing has never been done before.
Time frames will slip as things turn out to be more difficult than first thought.
As its not been done before big pharma would rather pay £100m after a trial than £10m now.
we are just one of many doing combo trials, until the results we wont stand out.
I for one am still buying and very confident in the end it will be all good
