I think the crowdfunders have missed the point - kickstarter themselves are very clear that product specs can change, and that kickstarting isn't a pre-order of the product but an investment to see the product made - but unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that it doesn't look good. Would be nice to see a director buy at this price to give us a bit of confidence. They have done before....

Any ideas on the latest drop? We were looking at 270 not long ago, and its just closed with a 233 buy.

I suspect we'll see a bounce upward now that Brabben & Gammon have bought shares today.

Any ideas on the shrinkage? It's been a poor week, going from 280 to 250 ish.

It doesn't appear to be the acquisition or disposal of shares, but rather a change in the breakdown of voting rights. They had 10.42% indirect voting rights (see the news in April re the same shareholder), and they now have 9.77% indirect voting rights. The number of shares that they hold has not changed.

Looks like they've upped their holdings to 3 now. :)

Stamp duty is a percentage of your purchase, so buying more shares offers no economy - its 0.5% of 10 or 10000 shares. Commission is really all you need to think about, and that depends where you trade. There are companies that will do it for 50p or others that will do it for £15 or more. Personally I tend not to trade for less than £1000 at a time, but everyone is different.

Hi all, first post here. Just dipping my toes in investment - I'm actually a game dev by trade. Feels like FDEV is a real opportunity. I think you're right that the rights purchase is a good deal for both Brabben & FDEV - I can't see the other shareholders & directors agreeing to a purchase of rights that would devalue their shares long term - it has to work for both parties. Wondering whether the Chairman buying 42k shares over the past two days is to keep confidence in the share price after Brabben's sell off?
